I tend to get along with all my coworkers, regardless of age or lifestyle but I find myself listening to them bashing the other. When I am riding home with one , she is talking bad about another one that I sometimes ride with. They tend to complain about the other (this goes on between about 5 or 6 different people that I work with) and there seems to be one person who doesn't lilke someone else or thinks they are lazy or another who doesn't like someone else for another reason. I like all of them and want to get along with all of them but it is akward to listen to one talk about the other and then later on be talking to the one who was talked about by the other. I try to remain neutral and I never repeat anything to the other person but it is just kinda akward sometimes. I wish we could all get along.

Me and my best friend are really good friends. We're always there for each other and everything. He's my best guy friend i ever had cause he's so sweet and he listens to what i got to say. But sometimes i think i like him. But he's my best friend and y'know its weird. We did go out once but we're better as friends. Everyone at my school actually thinks we're a couple but we know we aren't.
I'm not that girl thats hiding my secrets to my best friend. I've told him it hes understanding. But I don't know. He's just that kind of guy that you could do everything with and hes that guy that will want to do things with you. Hes my backbone. The guy i can come to for everything what should i do?

at school. I am a freshman in high school. I have lot of friends but very few of my friends have any of my classes. All the people in my class hate me because they think I am annoying. I feel that this is a rumor is and has been passed around to all my classmates. When ever I try to talk to anyone, they either tell me off or ignore. I used to wonder why things were like this until I figured that ppl thought i was annoying. I dont know how to fix this problem. I want my classmates to like me, unfortunately barley do. Although I have no trouble with friends that arent in my class, I barly get to talk to them. My friend is 14 years old ,and I am scarred of her getting raped.She is ALWAYS telling me about all these guys that keep doing all this stuff to her.And I have seen this before.And,her older cousin always brings his perverted friends around,and they are always doing crap to her.I am 14 also,and I dont want my friend to get raped.I am not going to rat her out because I really dont know if this is true or not,but I think it is.I tried to talk to her about this,but,it seems like she doesnt get it.And,I dont wanna see that to her.So,what should I do? I have a 16 year old daughter who is driving me crazy, she seems to think that she has to have a boyfriend always. She can date one for a while and then go to another. She is going to have a bad reputation, if she don't already. She hardly ever runs around with girls, or girls her age. Most of her girl friends are at least one to three years younger than herself. She used to be very popular in school and ran with the upper class kids. Now she seems to run with the kids that get into trouble or are headed down. She is very pretty and has everything, even a brand new car she got for Christmas. I have tried taking to her and she comments, you never like any of my friends. I just don't like the ones she chooses. She can be easily influenced and it worries me to no end. What do I do to help her. Her class mates say she is a big flirt and I see this getting her in trouble. Her teachers say she is a pleasure to have in class and is a good student, but I see beyond all this. Help me.

Need some opinions. . .say someone calls you their best friend, then finds out that one of their "associate" friends (let's call him meanie) from high school did mean and nasty things to you in a visible (prove-able) manner, and refuses to apologize even though he knows he's guilty. Should it be expected that the best friend would defend your honor by calling out the meanie that messed you over, or is it acceptable for him to chit chat and chum around with the meanie as if nothing happened? Should this same best friend be expected to warn other close friends of this meanies behavior so they aren't at risk to be duped as well?

well as a new year promise , i promised i would give up smoking and so would he, but he smokes weed to (he is a pothead) so hes only quitting one thing while i quit all i have. so is it fair that he still gets to smoke sumthing while i have nothing. Old habits die hard.

I met my gf in high school she was a sophomore and I was a senior.We became friends with potential to becoming more but circumstances prevented it.Now she’s a senior and im a sophomore in college and began speaking to each other about 8 months ago and we are currently in a relationship.Everything has gone pretty smooth until recently for we driven apart and have not communicated. Plenty of that falls upon me. Two days ago she asked for a break. She said I was not communicating and she felt as she was in a relationship by herself.Then said she still likes me but feels overwhelmed and she has some feelings towards me that she most overcome or remove,finishing off by giving me a kiss and a hug,anyhow, a day after the break was new years and I didn’t receive a call,so I wrote a text and got a respond an hour later.Yet now I don’t know what’s going in her mind and our 8 months is coming up in two days. So my question is what should I do? im thinking of breaking up should I is it right?
