the preacher we choose to do mom's service has been a family friend for over 14 years. Although mom didn't personnally attend his church she knew him well through us kids and her parents. He moved on several years ago to a higher position in the church and moved several hours away. We had kinda lost touch over the last year but caught up with him just before mom died. He agreed to do the service and did a great job. We were very thankful. But before we could catch him alone to give him a dontaion for his services he left. He failed to leave an adress where we could send one. At this time my grandfather informed us he wouldn't take anything form us due to the family friendship. I need a special way to thankhim for traveling three days over Christmas and being there for our family, eventhough he wasn't her preacher and had not heard from us in almost a year. Any ideals would be appreciated.

A friend has been talking to this guy for 2 years. She really likes him, but he has been in a relationship since they met. He calls her, sends her texts almost everyday. My friend will be getting married in september and she has asked me to be a brides maid. I am very happy for her. She really deserves it. my concern is over the years we have grown apart so much that even though I have accepted this does not feel right. (being a part of the bridal party)

The thing is over the years we have had alot of misunderstandings that have driven us apart. We barely call each other. I haven't even seen her in over a year......I have been trying to contact her over the christmas holidays and even now none of my calls were returned. so I am really not sure what her motives are.........what do you think?

I think i am a bit jealous of my brother and a bit angry because he is getting married, has a house and spends alot of time with his fiancee. We used to hang out all the time and now that hes married things have changed and we dont really spend time together. I now feel angry and i act like i hate them both. We have been friends for about 6 years now, and both 20 yrs. old. We have already earned our associates and are going for a bachelors degree.

I did initially want to attend the same college as her, but it is more economical for me to go to school closer to home.

I have tried to tell her, but she keeps telling me how happy she will be next Fall and how excited she is to be my roommate. She also keeps showing me the dishes she has bought and other things for the dorm room. I feel horrible because I keep putting off telling her. Does anyone have any advice?

... shes not showing any guilt when a virus that SHE sent me made me have to compleatly wipe my hard drive and I was telling her about all the stuff I lost and she thought this was good. ive known my friend my entire life. like 4 years ago he told me he had loved me since forever. and i didnt return the feelings because i only saw him as a brother. so time passed, he moved on and we got along great! until recently he fell for this girl that he's crazy about. the way he talks about her it's like wow! i was happy for him. but then i started noticing weird things, like me getting shy about him, and sometimes blushing, and when i knew i was gonna see him at a certain place i would get really happy. still i dont think im in love with him. what does these feelings mean? do u think i could be falling for him and not even realize it?? let me know what you think!
