A bad personality. I believe that everyone is attractive physically in their own ways. Even if somebody was extremely attractive, if their personality sucks then they are all around an ugly person.

I think what makes a person ugly is there personality, attitude, and/or hygiene. If they are stuck on themselves or just has a rotten attitude about life in general then I feel that brings down their level of attractiveness. Personal hygiene should speak for itself. If you don't take care of your hair, teeth, and overall appearance and smell, then you aren't going to be attractive to anyone.

Stupidity, thoughtlessness, meanness, and poor personal hygiene makes a person ugly. It's almost never physical features.

When they are rude to you, or think they are better then you; don't really talk to you and then from rumors you hear mean say the say about you. Then all of a sudden they are nice to you, you don't really know why. Their belief's or how they state it to you, being too much of a man, not listening to you, just dominating the whole conversation.

It all has to do with who they are on the inside
if there selfish
careless
rude
then that makes them ugly
everybody can be beautiful but its up to them
to make that decision on the inside :)
