There is this kid in my class,Psychology two and he's super nice,sweet and awsome. I've talked to him a lot of times and i'm scared that he doesn't even qualify us as friends yet?(Haven't talked about deep deep conversation.) and i'm scared to ask him for his phone number or to say that we should hang out sometime because i'm worried that that's going too fast.And yes, I do love him. I want to be with him and I imagine me and him together but...sadly I know that he couldn't like me. Besides, my close friend is easily deppressed and I just couldn't be together with a boy until she does because I don't want to be the cause of her deppresion. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I need help I have three friends who all seem to be like really having problems with me this week its kinda of hard to believe two are straight and on e is a Lebian and she slept in my bed ounce and I got scarred and i like held on to her like all night and now she likes me and thinks I like her I don't know we started just passing notes but she always seems to whatch me take my cloths off for changing to swim I mean its not like there is much to look at cause I have hardly developed any thing but I have a hard time turning away from her what do I do?

How do I get rid of a friend I have known for 10+ yrs. Its getting to the point where I cannot ****** stand her. She gets on my nerves. We live in different states but we talk almost every day her calling me mostly. She is very immature and we are almost 30!!! She does ans says the same things that we did when we were in high school and I have it but I dont want to be evil b/c I do care about her but I have really outgrown this friendship, our lives are in different places. Oh and I should mention that she is very self centered! All she talks about is herself all the time, even when we talk about something else she makes the conversation about her. I am not an outspoken person and I internalize my fustrations and blow up and I don't want to that.

ive had some good friends who have said many times "ill be here for you" and "i love you" and "ill never leave you, i promise" ect. yet they always leave, even if i try to keep in touch they always seem to stop emailing or calling or writing always. How come the only people who will actually truely b there are the people that you pay to be there for you like a therapist or something? i know that the whole world doesnt care about me. im not asking for much. i try hard to make sure people know i care for them becuase that is so important to me. how come after a while, no one cares back and i feel so alone and abandoned?

I have a bud who encouraged me to talk to her about a problem I was having. I guess I shared too much for too long because she started keeping our convos short and was a bit evasive. Then she finally approached me and said she was burned out. I was so embarrassed. Now, I just keep our friendship general and I only talk about normal day to day stuff. Our other bud said she felt bad for telling me I burned her out. Now she tries to encourage me to be open with her again but I just can't. I'm not mad, just a bit frustrated with how she handled things and I don't contact her much anymore. Am I wrong for backing off?

Okay, so here goes my story. My best friend is white, and I think he's very cool. Recently, I had the opportunity to go to his parents' house and they were really nice to me. Anyway, today he was telling me about how he was raised with the belief that people shouldn't mix with other races. He said he didn't believe that himself, but that his parents did and that they disagreed if he dated a black, mexican, or any colored girl. I was astonished by this. I asked him how his parents might've looked at me when I was at their house and he said it doesn't matter for friendships, just mixing. I still think that they might've looked at me wrong since he mentioned that they believed it was OK to mix with Chinese people since they were at the same level with whites. That shows that they believe not only in non-interracial mixing, but also that there are superior and inferior races. My question is: Where you raised this way also? What percentage of people are raised like this? He said MOST whites

I am a junior in highschool dating a freshman. I love her deeply, but her so called "friends"(she hates them for doing this) think the reason i wanted to go out with her is to have sex. Being far from the truth this obviously this upsets me, however when they shout "RAPEST!" at me whenever i walk past them in the halls and i feel this crosses the line. having a license at 19 is it, i feel so embrassed sometimes not having one i know its pretty rare not having one at my age but i've failed my test so many times i had to wait one year to take my test again now i'm gonna go retake it next week, i have yet to meet someone over 18 who doesnt have there license besides me. Is it that bad not having one at my age should i feel embrassed plz be honest

I’m a teenager I think there’s a girl who likes me. Here’s why? She had me meet her mom. She tells me she likes me in a sarcasm way, I think? I give her a compliment such as “You look Breathtaking today”. She gives me a compliment as well. Recently, I got a camera phone, so she insisted on taking a picture of herself with a friend. Then insisted on meeting my mom, and she did. She smiles and says hello when ever I see her.
I found out that one of her friends criticizes me, I feel it deteriorates my chaces of going out with her.
