This boy liked me in seventh grade and I didn't like him back.Then in eighth grade I became anorexic and he started not to like.Now,in ninth grade I gained a few pounds but I'm still skinny.Some girl said he said "he would not go with me until I get bigger because I look better when I'm bigger".Should I gain weight because he liked me better before I wasn't skinny.Then,on days he thinks I look skinny he says he does'nt like me.I know that I should'nt do things just to please peoplebut I kind of like him.

okay......my best friend thinks that shes pregnant........and shes way too young......ive been so worried since i found out......well....she knew how dangerous it was when ur young...and i told her the most dangerous part......well...she told her mom about it the day before this and her mom was SO happy for her and she didnt even tell her how dangerous it was....now shes mad and keeps ignoring me...im so worried!! what do i do??? did i do the right thing by telling her.....i feel really bad about this???? any advice....or opinions saying i did the right thing thatll make me feel better??????thanx.....

My best friend and I have been friends for 3 yrs...in the second year of our friendship we weren't in the same class......so i met another friend... she's all in a friend and in the third year of my bestfriend's friendship we still weren't in trhe same class and neither was my new friend....the thing is everytime I hang with my new friend my best friend gets jealous...she walk past us and gives an attitude...whenever I'm with my best friend my new friend does nothing like that!.....and our friendship is now falling apart because she's just always jealous!my new friend is becoming a bestfriend, she's always there and like a sister to me....I tried leting them talk to each other, my newfriend wants to but my best friend does! i'm confused....I don't want to lose either of them cause they're really great friends...but my best friend is pushing it too far!

I wrote my opinion about happiness on my blog & this person who reads it thought it was directed at HER & that I had written it with her in mind. But I didn't have anyone in mine, just people in general. I thought it was pretty nonimflammatory. I just wrote stuff like, Happiness is free, Regrets are pointless. Etc.
So she took it pretty offensively even if she hasn't confronted me or even said outright her feelings were hurt, on her blog it just says stuff like "No thank you" over & over again. But I can tell what's implied.
So, it's an invisible & unacknowledged conflict. Should I acknowledge it, but what if I'm wrong and she DIDN'T find it offensive, and then I'll just be pointing something out to her that never happened & she might take THAT offensively.

Also, it hurts that she disregards my opinion completely (she is a really close friend) & doesn't even bother to think about my ideas applied to her life.

I want to ignore it and let it pass.I don't like fights.What should I do?

Is it too much to expect your best-friend to 'care' and 'consider' you and your feelings? Being blamed as being 'too sensitive' when they are deliberately hurtful , thats not on is it? Has anybody had experiences with one-sided friendships ie. one side gives, the other takes! Its easy to say walk away, is it worth staying to make the friendship work, or is it a fruitless exercise?
Sensible suggestions for a disillusioned guy, welcomed!

my best friend is a p.k. (pastors kid) and he lost his wallet in a messy house and it had over 200 dollars in it, and there are at least like 5 other people that could be accused of it, but the only reason he is sayin i did it, cause i bought an mp3 player at the wrong time. and his dad has talked to my parents, but not as a pastor, as adams dad. and i think my rents' listen to him cause hes a pastor, he knows everything right? so now the only people that i think actually believe me are my girlfriend and her rents, my youth leader, and a couple of my friends. and see adam has been my best friend forever, but he doesnt believe me that i didnt take his wallet cause he has his mind set on one person. and my parents seem optimistic because they dont believe that i can actually save money, they try and get me to write down how much money i have, and where i get it, but i dont have any credentials against this b/c i never write anything down in me "ledger" what should i do, plz email me

my friend and i have been freiends for three years...she's one of my best friend...but ever since this year she been a little bitchy!...she can be the bestest friend ever but sometimes her attitude just turns me off.....alot of people don't like her because of her attitude...but she doesn't know cause she thinks they are real friends....instead she's giving her best friend an attitude whenever I talk to her. I know she loves me and I love her (we're not gay!...just friends!) but ever since I've stopped talking to her she seems a little sad and I know she misses me...well I miss her too, but I can't continue to talk to her if she doesn't know her real friends from her false ones and continue to give me an attitude....she hardly evens listens to me when i try to talk to her should I talk back to her or let our friendship slide?

my best friend and i have a band together i play guitar and he sing withour other friends but he got an AMAZING offer from a record company and we come from a small town so this is a once in a lifetime chance but they only want solo artists so the rest of us arent included in the deal his family needs the money but him and i have been friends for 9 years and hes only 18 and he says he doesnt want to leave me behind while he becomes famous i have tried everything and he still wont go i even got the rest of the band to try and help me but he keeps saying he wont leave me behind im only 15 so i cant go what should i do???

My best friend of 15 years is cheating on her husband (been married 1 year and have a 3 month old son) and she came and stayed with me so she could go with me to the doctor it was a 3 hour drive but the night we got back i went to my b/f's and she went to her "new man's" and she went home with a hickey on her neck she told her husband that i put it on her neck her husband called her parents who i am really close to and her mom called me and told me that they didn't blame me for anything well i told her mom the truth and told her that i didn't do anything cause i'm not bi i'm straight and that i spent the whole weekend in another town her husband called me and asked me if i did it and than i heard him call me a whore and a slut he thinks i'm trying to break up their marriage i am mad at her but she is like my sister she does the things she does without thinking and i've tried telling her that she is hurting the people that care about her the most WHAT should i do?

I am in the marching band (i know it's geeky) and I can't seem to make friends with any of the people in my grade. I'm a sophmore. I was friends with a couple of the sophmores, but they started talking to the seniors and stopped talking to me.

I always feel left out whenever I'm around them. I hate it so much and they make me feel bad. I even hate it that I want to quit band. But I do have friends that are juniors and freshmen. But I don't want to hang around them all the time. I'm so confused. Any suggestions?
