Just try to be his friend, he may know you exist yet he may be shy and not know how to express himself, that is why I say just talk to him be his friend and if things go from there great if not well it was not meant to be. But what ever you do, do not make yourself look cheap by coming on to him, because even if there is an interest there, it will disappear.

Make him see you! first of all, are you the shy type???( I know I am to girl!) Well, make yourself look cute! do something to make him talk to you! try this. The next time he looks at you, even if its just a second, give him a drop dead smile, then look casualy away! just a thing to try.....good luck!

well get to know him. if ur too shy to walk up to him and talk to him, well then have ur friends become friends with him and his friends that way u guys can hang out more and he can get to konw u better

or

just talk to him and try to get to know him!
