"I'm waiting for the right person"
"Last time I did it, I really regretted it even though I was sure I wouldn't, so I'm just gonna wait until I'm confortable with it again."
"I was in a sexually abusive relationship before and I really don't think I can be intimate until I feel comfortable again."
"I'm scared because I've never done it. Can we wait till I'm sure I'll be ok?"
"Here? Now? Shouldn't we wait? You really want it done like this? I'm sorry but I don't. I'll let you know when I do though, I promise"
--Also, think of any excuses you have ever used at any time in your life for anything and just adapt them to this scenario. Oh, and if you aren't talking about a serious boyfriend, then "no, get out of my face" or " yeah right, like I'd waste me on you" always works. The guy may get all mad and defensive. But you have really shown him you are to be respected. Besides, any guy that is hard up enough to pressure you into it WOULD be a terrible mistake, and a waste for you.

No is a good answer. If that is not comprehensible a louder no should work. You can also try Heck no, not in this lifetime.never and go away. If they do not understand that avoid all contact with them. Tell them that friends do not harass friends over their raging hormones that they obviously cannot control.

i'm assuming your a girl?
anyway, just be honest and say you aren't ready and it's because you aren't ready for 'it' at all not just 'it' with him.
if he tries to pressure you or doesn't understand he's not the guy for you. the right person will want to wait if it's what you're comfortable with because you're happiness and sense of security will matter to them.
it's sounds like a lot to ask but actually it's the minimum you should expect. good luck :)

first of all. if he respects you he won't be upset. sit him down and just tell him that you are very sorry but you are not ready to do it. and if he truly likes you he should understand. if he gets mad to me he doesn't care what you want. and if he doesn't like it well to bad. stay strong and only do it when your ready. and when you are its the best feeling ever. doing it and not wanting to. to me makes you feel like your cheap and your not stand your grounds. good luck.
