You don't like him as a friend, nor anything else? Why?
You shouldn't be so stupid and anti social, young lady! It's your type of girl, who is often classfied as a possible trouble maker, (Wether she is or not) and such girls are often trouble, defiant
and spoiled rotten brats. But you should change your attitude, and wether you change it or not, you should tell him if you're intersted in him or not.

Say things like "If you truly like me, then you will respect my wishes and I wish for you to leave me alone". And if that doesn't work, then you can dismiss him for being a selfish bastard and not respecting your wishes.

Best to just be honest. Tell him that you are not interested him. If you find someone who is interested in him, introduce them.

tell it to him in a nice way....have empathy...what if you're in his situation..you like someone but he don't like you in return..it hurts,right??? so don't just tell him to leave you alone...you should be glad coz he likes you..don't you want him to be a friend??you can be just friends,anyway...well..that's life..
