What should you do? Move and transfer to another school.
She watches you undress? There are a few possible reasons-
one of which would be to possibly take some kind of action, in the future, to control you. I think if you could be away from her, for at least 2 months, you might lose what you think, you feel for her and find that you're straight. That's what I think.

Why don't you talk to your mom about this. I have friends who are gay and lesbians and we have no miss understandings. You are giving your friends mixed signals and that isn't fair at all. Why do you put yourself in a position to welcome those reponces? Keep it up and you are asking for trouble. Can't you have friends, accept them for who they are, don't get in volved with sauxual issues and enjoy being a kid. Have you read any good books lately? Or are you too busy thinking about sex? You're young and have a lot of living to do. Don't do asnything you'll regret. Maybe you need a new playgroung and new playmates.

There is an invention called the period. Use it. As for your lesbian friend, hint to her that you are into guys and she will understand. Maybe your friend likes undeveloped or it doesnt make a difference to her. good luck.

OK! u already know she's crushing on u, but u have yet to change your habits, sounds to me as if you are leading her on, keep your friend but change how u interact with her ,and if u know she likes watching u undress then stop undressing in front of her.

be nice to her and tell her one day' i'm glad we can be such close friends, i like you as a friend, a very nice lovable friend.'
Then hug her and keep being nice and understanding. She'll soon realise.
If she keeps watching you, be honest and say your uncomfortable, its your right to say that if she bothers you. But dont break your friendship.

Experiment and see where it gets you. You may be scared right now because this is your first time. But you will never know unless you try it.
