I really don't believe so. One at point or the other, one of them will fall for the other. Maybe secretly where he/she will be afraid to tell it coz the friendship might be ruined.

My bestfriend "Vanessa" recently approached me about a problem. She told me when she was 15, she lost her virginity to her stepbrother. She said she was drunk at the time and her stepbrother has repeatedly told her over the years that he is in love with her. She is thinking of marrying him and said that if I say it's okay she'll marry him, and if I say no she'll refuse. She is putting an enormous decision about her in my hands. I've tried telling her that I won't make that decision for her, and she told me she'll never talk to me again if I don't by the time the week ends. What should I do?

i bumped into this guy who used to like me at the library. he said hi..then weirdly walked away really fast. but then we chatted online for a few minutes. then i said "g2g". but i really didn't leave..and there was this whole sneaking around thing going on (my friend was w/ me)...and to make a long story short...i kinda pretended not to see him the whole time after. even though he was TOTALLY clear to me..i just walked by.

(i mean..i was supposed to be gone in the FIRST PLACE)

my best friend called me last night and i just woke up and was going to a dr's app. well she told me to call her back when i got in/back from my app. well, i did and i got the click noise..they have call waiting and the person on the other line didn't say anything . just clicked over them back to the "other phone call". so i called back @ 9:17 pm and got her machine that it wasn't turned on??!! I am really,really upset about this. am i just overreacttin to this??!! i don't think so....but that's just me??!!!

ok one of my best friend's loves to go out and drink. she is 16. shes and a few more friends got caught by the cops about a month ago. and last night one of her and her friends that she got caught with went back out. her mom called me looking for her and her mom is also my teacher, i feel like if i lie to a teacher that it will affect my grade. i dont know what to do. i dont like being put in a situation to choose between a friend and a teacher.

About a month ago, I wrote down in a notebook the things that my friend was doing that made it feel awkward and me feel sad around her. I had forgotten I had the notebook opened on my desk today, and she saw it and got mad about what it said. I had written in there that she had made rude comments and been pushy. I know very well why she was mad, because I'd be too if someone thought that about me. She wouldn't talk to me for a while. Then, when she came out of her room to leave for home I told her I was sorry. Then she told me I made her feel like a terrible person because all I had written down was bad things about her and that she wanted to go home where people don't judge her. I never intended to hurt her feelings at all. Sometimes we have these moments where we bug each other, and I just wanted to see how often it happened. That's why I wrote it down. I don't know what to do to show her I'm sorry. She won't be back for 4 days, so I'm left here to worry. What should I do?

I have a friend that just moved in with her boyfriend. The boyfriend has a friend whom he kiss (he said it was nothing), My friend just found out that he continues talking to this person. for example he calls her late night. and his excuse is that he is asking her for advice, what bothers my friend is that he calls her (my friend) and after hanging up with her he calls his so called friend. He has also told my friend he hates being on the phone for to long but then he stays on the phone with his so called friend for more than an hour.
What advise would you give my friend she is confused.

I don't know whether to feel jealous or not.

When my friend told everyone who I liked, I thought, "I don't like him anymore anyways." But why I am I nervous all the time? So I consider liking him- do I? I don't know. I'm always awkward and... it's weird.

I have a friend, and she tells me two people told her that they think that he likes her. She said it was all stupid rumors- but was it? I said, "Oh- that's great... I can find out completely if you want." But she didn't want to.

But why is there that odd feeling behind the back of my mind? Am I jealous?

Tell each other our deepest darkest secret. And they all told their secrets and when it was my turn, I couldn't tell them. I told them that I didn't have one. My secret is I never kissed a boy before and their stories was my friend losing her virginty, my friend getting raped by her cousin, and my other friend was under peer pressure to have sex with her boyfriend. I know I am very unexperienced in this sort of thing, and it would be great to have someone more worldly than me lend a hand. I have a friend named lindsay and it is very awkward now between us. I can tell that she is bitter towards me at the moment, she is much colder than the past 5 years, and brushes me off constantly. She talks about me to my other friends, and it is really hurting me. A fact to consider, is lindsay is an amazing actress (she has been acting professionally all her life) and when i ask her if there is something wrong between our friendship, she smiles sweetly and says: "no! of course not, lauren. where would you get that idea?" She makes me feel horrible about myself when I am around her, but yet I still try to remain close to her, and she still returns to me also. i'm 12 years old and last night my parents went out places and so they needed someone to stay home and watch me since they would be gone for several hours. so one of our neighbors said he would watch me. he's about 17 or 18. when they left he started acting really weird and pulled out some beer from his bag. i started getting worried and he offered me some, and i said no thanks. after he had some he told me to come sit on the couch by him so.. i did, but i felt really scared. then he started "touching" me. i tried to get away and then he grabbed me on the arm and he wouldn't let me move. i started crying and i was so scared since he was our neighbor, he seemed really nice. i told my best friend that night after my parents got back and she said that i was raped? was that rape? he took my clothes off of me and continued "touching" me. i was soo scared. he told me before my parents got back that if i said something i would be sorry! i'm too embarrased to tell anyone? what do i do?!
