i like a girl in my church but i think so that she likes her cosin brother?

he is 4 years elder than me,and she is a year elder than me.how do u think i can atrract her or make her like me.at times i feel like she likes me ,what should i do

If she likes her cousin's brother, wouldn't that make the brother her cousin too!? Am I missing something here, please let me know!
