i'm 12 years old and last night my parents went out places and so they needed someone to stay home and watch me since they would be gone for several hours. so one of our neighbors said he would watch me. he's about 17 or 18. when they left he started acting really weird and pulled out some beer from his bag. i started getting worried and he offered me some, and i said no thanks. after he had some he told me to come sit on the couch by him so.. i did, but i felt really scared. then he started "touching" me. i tried to get away and then he grabbed me on the arm and he wouldn't let me move. i started crying and i was so scared since he was our neighbor, he seemed really nice. i told my best friend that night after my parents got back and she said that i was raped? was that rape? he took my clothes off of me and continued "touching" me. i was soo scared. he told me before my parents got back that if i said something i would be sorry! i'm too embarrased to tell anyone? what do i do?!

He molested you and that is wrong. Tell your parents right away. At the least, they will never have him watch you again. If you parents dont do anything, then tell the counselor at school. Dont be embarrassed because its not your fault.

Can't you talk to your Mom privately right now? Tell her everyting and trust that she will take care of this matter. I am sure your Mother will see to it that you feel safe.
If you don't feel like you can talk to your Mom, there must be someone you can talk to, an Aunt or your Grandmother. Don't be afraid to protect yourself.
How are you going to feel about being outside with that creep next door? How are you going to feel if you run into him on the street? Please don't let him make you a prisoner in your own home.
If he is doing this to you he will not stop until someone stops him. I choose you to stop him before he Molest another girl, maybe even younger than you. He may of just touched you and the next time it might be you or another young girl that gets raped.
Put your head up young person and start talking.

Don't let this jerk intimidate you. Tell your mother even though it seems hard to do. If you don't this guy will definitely try something again, he will gain control. People can seem nice but what they are can be totally different. If you feel to shy to speak to your mom about this then maybe a teacher or a school counselor
can help you with this. Don't let this pass, it may not be rape but it is sex molestation and it is against the law. You have nothing to be afraid of, stand up for yourself.

You need to tell your parents. Dont wash any of your cloths that you were wearing that night ( just in case). But you need to tell your parents, because what happends if some other night they need a babysitter and he stays with you again. I dont know what really happended that night, looks like (what you told me) that he only molested you. Now, did he took his cloths off and did you feel pain in your private part, if so you were rape. Tell your parents ASAP!!!!!!

Yes that was rape. If someone touches you and you are not in agreement with him touching you he is raping you. I would immediately talk to my mom and tell her exactly what happen. I'm sure that if she cares enough to get you a babysitter she loves you and will understand. Tell you mother don't wait any longer. you will feel better. He could keep on doing these things to other younger girls.

What he did was not right, it doesn't matter the details of what he did or whether or not it was 'rape,' it made you uncomfortable.
It it NOT your fault, repeat this 50 times.
Tell your parents. Really and honestly. You have done NOTHING wrong, but this is beyond your ability to hold in. You probably don't think so, but you're going to have to believe me.

Gee...Other than the capitalization....by the fluentness, grammer, punctuation, spelling, detail and telling of the events in order-- for a "12 year old"?-- I'm lead to believe you should be smart enough to not have to ask this question.
If it "DID" happen, then you need to tell your parents...it will be HIM that is sorry, not you.

go to the emergency room and have them do an examination.
the dirt bag deserves anything he gets.Trust your parents they will not continue to let him have anything to do with you and they will do everything in their power to protect you.
If all he did was touch then you will not be pregnate but sooner or later he will try and take your most prized possesion that you should choose to give to someone you care about.
