Friends - October 2006

Someone who used to be my best friend at work is calling me names and giving me horrible looks.
She has also said things about me behind my back and it's driving me crazy because I'm on the same team as her.
I announced that I got engaged last year and when I announced it at work everyone was really happy for me except her - she just stormed right past me and I eavesdropped on a conversation between her and another colleague. She said that me being engaged at 20 is disgusting and that I'm a child. She then said girls in the 50s got engaged at 20 and says I'm stupid.
She isn't exactly young, she's in her mid - 30s but she's not exactly acting like it. I can't even talk to friends at work coz they're scared that she'll get revenge on them - she always knows what's going on in everyone's lives coz she's a nosy person and she's very bossy.
I can't even talk to my boss coz she's really good mates with her so my chances of a grievance procedure aren't good. I don't know what to do. :(

This girl has been so mean to me lately. I was her friend, but then she was kind of ignoring me, so I told her I wasn't her friend anymore. (I didn't say why.) I spent the night with this guy from NC I met in a club in Homestead. his name is Shawn.and he said he was an electrician etc..I was smashed so I ended up the night with him. on Halloween 2000 we made love in his truck , I was not drunk but I never asked him his last name...I had a boyfriend at the time..I got scared...All I remember is him full of glitter from my costume.. I've been trying to find him since..I need to tell him that he was the only man for me and I'm so sorry I never called him. Maybe somebody heard about a Shawn,,he does electrical work.. and he used to stay in the Days Inn or Coral Roc motel with his buddy coworkers...if anybody heard this story from him.......or maybe you encounter a guy from NC..humble as it could be....black hair..about 6'0 fine as hell.....lol....rembember we met at a club in homestead called Peach Tree.

I am married and have a kid and feeling that i am falling in love with another guy, he is 15years elder to me married and have kids also. I love my husband and my kid a lot, but some how i enjoy talking with him, its like i am myself when i am with him, its not a sexual inclination but i love to be around him. I know my limitations and responsibilty. we dont meet very regularly, but i cherish every moment I spend with him. I can share all my problems and fears and happiness with him. As of now I am happy with this friendship (a lot more than just friendship) Is there something to feel guilty about?

ok im19, i go to college in the next city over. about 3yrs ago i got a drug addiction and got help ect. i broke all contact with all my friends cause they were doing the same thing... i think they stll are. i have a great bf & one friend that lives in the city i go to school in. i just get kinda lonely ya know.... i also get nervous ppl will find out i used to be addicted to drugs and thats why i dont wanna make new friends that live in my town. what do you guys think? please give me advice! thank you

Ok, my girlfriend has been really depressed lately. she feels all of her friends are replacing her and that she's just a "back up" to them. My neighbor and I have been friends for almost a year. He knows that I am married and has really not ever made a hit on me directly, but he tells me I can call him anytime of the night and to come over to his apartment to discuss some travel realated business ( Iam a Outside Travel Agent). He is really nice to my child and often gives him pep talks on occassion outside with me. He is just really nice and I am wondering if he wants to have a realationship with me knowing that Iam married. Do single guys like married women? Just curious.
