This girl has been so mean to me lately. I was her friend, but then she was kind of ignoring me, so I told her I wasn't her friend anymore. (I didn't say why.) But now she is being way worse than I am- talking about me behind my back, spreading rumours about me, etc. How can I deal with such a mean person?

werent u mean just walking up to her & saying u dont wanther anymore...
couldn't u hav saved a lot of trouble by just walkin up to her & ask wats with her..if she ok?cause u aint hearing much frm her...
& then its on u if u wanna continue the friendship or not...one dont need to lable a friend as a' Friend ' or ' Foe '
u could just leave her with her faith if she ignored u...
& remember insult is when its taken...why worry?
enjoy life...
its easy to brk a relation but maintaining is wat shows real u...
& least one can do to hav a happy life is not acknowledge unpleasant behaviour ...sometimes silence speaks better...
take good care

i was in a similar situation and instead of stooping to her level and talking behind her back or spreading rumors i just ignored it and found better friends. if people asked me about her or any rumors i would tell them the rumor wasn't true and i would speak nicely about her. don't give her or anyone the idea that she upsets u. the girl that was mean to me has had it all come back to her and now she wants to be friends again. u will get the most satisfaction from turning down the friendship and proving u are th better person.

You should have told her that you were feeling ignored, honesty being the best policy. Don't be mean back to her; ignore it and be indifferent. It only hurts you to be in this state - she's apparantly not suffering at all. You are responsible for your own feelings. Choose to not let those things bother you.

Tell her how you feel. Someone might have told her something that you might have said or might not as said that made her upset with you. I would talk to her about it. It might be all a misunderstanding

You have to confront her and ask her why she's doing the things she's doing.People will only get away with what you let them. Don't let her talk bad about you.

don't let her "get your goat" be the bigger person and just let it go... unless you live in a one horse town it shouldn't be that hard to forget her.
