Melbourne is in the midst of one of the worst droughts in history and for our muck up day (the last day of school for year 12 students where you dress up and play pranks) my friends plan to fill the toilets from wall to wall with cups ofwater. I told them it's a stupid idea and that it's a waste of water that australia does not have but they all treated me like i'm such a downer, our dams are less than 50% full. so am i unreasonable? or the only one with a social conscience?

I just need help because sometimes she makes me feel totally loved. Others I just feel completely rejected and isolated. Almost anything I do, she's not there. She used to be. But now she's not. She'll never say she loves me unless I say it 1st or pressure her into saying it. I don't know what to do. I know It's an unhealhty relationship because I give and she takes. But at time I feel close to her and on top of the world when were together. I really don't know what to do. She's an addictive person. If she shows you any sign of love, you just go straight back. HELP ME! PLEASE!

Why do guys break their promises? Why do they feel the need to hurt their best friends, (if they are girls), by not doing something that they promise that they are gonna do? Why are guys so forgetful? Would it kill you to remember your best friend's birthday every now and then? If you had not seen your best friend for three months, and she showed up at your school to visit you, and you saw her in the office, would you go in and say hi, or would you just acknowledge that you saw her and ignore her? What has she ever done for you except offer you advice when you needed it, or helped you with your homework, or cheered for you at a sporting event, or brought your homework and something to cheer you up when your were sick? I do not think that a guys best friend, (that is a girl), deserves to be treated like this. Serious and non-snobby answers only please. Preferably from guys older than 18.

then you call him, he talks to y everyday on line for a week. He tells you his problems(everything about him) y mention yours. He sounds like he cares. But then all of a sudden you call him & his kids are there, tells you to call back. You do, and he sounds upset like your bothering him. You send him e-mails and now it's the 3rd week and he does not reply to your messages, what should you think?

I am married. I love my husband but we have had a lot of arguments and so forth. He did something about 5 months ago, that I still have not forgiven him for. I don't want anyone else but him though. However, when he hurt me--trust issue (not cheating), I said to myself that I had had enough and that I did not care anymore what he thought. I started yahoo answers about a month later and he encouraged me to make some new friends that were in different countries. Ok, so I made a friend and we talked a lot since my husband I were not on good terms. We were only friends, but this was a guy. My husband would get mad and tell me that I could not talk to him anymore and then he would tell me I could. He even got physically violent with me over this. So I ended up saying goodbye to this friend. I have few friends that I trust and I really enjoyed talking to this person. My husband is happy and all that fighting/physical stuff ended when I ended this. But I still miss my friend!!

Sometimes I like to pee in a glass in my room instead of going to the bathroom. Well I got up at 2 a.m. peed in the glass and put it on my nightstand. In the morning when I hit the snooze alarm, my arm accidentally knocked the glass over onto my friends book which was also on the nightstand. It is now permanently altered like it has been rained on or something but it has a smell to it as well. I don't want to tell my friend I spilled urine on it because that would be embarassing. I can't replace it because it isn't published anymore which is why i borrowed it from him. What do I tell him?

We had A BBQ with friends the other week ,
And We bought all the food as you do...

And the boys went off to get some drinks , we will call them bob and david.
So bob forgets his wallet and my partner david pays for the drinks , Bob says he will pay him back , David wasnt bothered....
he figured we were the hosts we could supply all the drinks as well ,
Anyway they get back home bob does not offer the money back , we didnt really care...
No where near the end of the night our friends bob and korinna decide to go home and take a $40.00 unopened bottle of booze with them! they didnt even tell us they were taking it , didnt pay for it , And when asked we were told to come and take the half drunk bottle cause they had no money. That wasnt the princible.....
they seem to think they have done nothing wrong???

meet older male members. I been in the fellowship for a few 24 hrs. feel ready for a relationship but I would like it to be with a recovering alcoholic who is very serious about his recovering. I make meeting regularly and do quite a lot of service work. I believe in my higher power and know that he has someone equally york for me. I just feel now in my recovering I need to verture out a little bit more. I could use some suggestion. I don't want to bring it up at the table because I don't want the men to feel like I'm on the make.

Hoow do you about to maintain an affair a secret and what do you do so the wife doesn't find out, and with who do you do it. My husband of two years has changed a lot with me. Everything seems to bother him. I give him no motive for him to be jeolous yet he wants me to tell him everything I do and answer my phone regardless of were I am.He wasn't this way. He was very loving and caring, now he doesn't seem to care even for sex. sometimes we go two weeks before he feels like having sex ans I am tire of begging for it.

How many times for local friends?

I'm a bad person to keep in touch with. I normally don't accept calls and wait about at least 2-3 months until I call them back. Even some of my local friends drive to my home just to see if I'm okay because I don't return calls. So I'm trying to break the bad habit without going overboard. I'm trying to find out what is a good number of times to contact friends and family monthly without seeming like I'm stalking them now.

Me and my friend went shopping. At one point, she wanted to go into a store that I didn't want to go into. I told her to go ahead in the store and I would wait in the car for her. 2 hours later, I was still in the car. When she got in the car, she began telling me how rude it was of me to make her go in the store and shop by herself. I explained to her that I had no interest in the store and instead of slowing her down, I let her go ahead and have her fun. I didn't even comment on how she spent 2 hours in the store knowing I was waiting for her. That was 3 days ago and we have made up since then, but I have been very upset considering she told me I was the rude one when I feel like if anything, she was!! She obviously didn't need me in the store. She came out with like 10 bags.
So who was rude in this situation and do you think I should say something or leave it alone since we've made up?

this has nothing to do with love i dunno she is weird....well it all started when i msged her once on aim....i was at a pc cafe which at the time i was with my friend....he saw her sn msged her sayin stupid **** blah blah blah...anyways she told me not to give out her sn i told her im sorry than the next day my friend got her number from my cell and texted her lol pretendin to be me sayin i love u i told her was my dumb friend and she kept textni me sayin its my fault i said sorry like 5000 times than i said stop being immature and keep textin me the asme crap over and over and than she stop texting me.... than i saw her and i said hi she ignored me... im signed on 3-4 sns on aim at once i see she blocked me on my main one i msged her on my other sn sayin why are u ignoring me?? and she just blocked me again and again... lol wtf did i do?? she won't even talk to me...

I have a friend who is a lovley guy BUT........... The world owes him.
And he can do anything better than the pro .
Eg: had a horse getting hes feet trimed , later he says "he didnt do much for his $30 i could do that"
Eg#2: We had a car spray painted buy a pro , and he piped up he could do better , he spayed a car it turned out crap but in his mind its still great.

And it goes on , you would not beleive the things he can do !
