then you call him, he talks to y everyday on line for a week. He tells you his problems(everything about him) y mention yours. He sounds like he cares. But then all of a sudden you call him & his kids are there, tells you to call back. You do, and he sounds upset like your bothering him. You send him e-mails and now it's the 3rd week and he does not reply to your messages, what should you think?

Ooh... sounds like you got intimate with a man who already has commitments and judging by his recent responses, there is probably another person in the picture. We would all like to believe that he's just busy BUT chances are the former is the more realistic alternative. That's what I would think.
And in that case, I would also re-evaluate the relationship I am having with this guy.
Do you want to just be friends and keep things platonic? Then let him know that. If he responds positively, congrats. If he responds negatively, then you must be prepared for two eventualities:
a) he has a very jealous wife/girlfriend/children
b) he wanted something more romantic
If you wanted something more intimate, then the question is do you want to commit to a guy who doesn't seem to want to do the same? Are you ready for the chance that you might be playing 2nd fiddle? Or even 3rd or 4th for all you know? If not, please move on. There is always someone who will be willing to be solely yours and someone else's.
As awkward as all this is, here's hoping you sort things out.

i think he had a big problem in his family relationship(husband and wife relationships) that's why he talk to you to find comfort.I think he lied to you.
