If he asked you to go out with him two weeks ago and you have not answered him, he probably feels like he can do what he wants, even if it is your sister. Could he be playing games with you in order to get you to say yes?

You need to ask yourself how you feel about him first and foremost. If you like him and want to go out with him tell him yes and go. If your unsure tell him that too but if it was the other way around would you want to wait 2 weeks for an answer? You also have to stop thinking the worst and wonder if maybe just maybe he had talked to your sister about you trying to get some feed back from her and it was a Thank-you hug? Ask your sister but remember right now there isn't anything between the two of you and only you can change that. Do you want to is the question I'd ask? Good Luck.

What? Stop rambling and write a normal sentence. If he asked you out and you want to go out with him, say yes. If not, say no. If he wants to hug someone, so what? You didn't say yes to him so it's not like he's dating you!

its probly a mix between him trying to make you jelous and trying to be real nice to your sister to get in good with you. ive seen it. ive gotten a few girls by hangin with them a few times and every time thier sister is around being real cool to them, like buyin them things and taking them to go do suff and just being super nice to them(by them i mean her and her sister and sometimes just her sister) and then the girls like "o what a sweet guy, and my famliy loves him too" and then BAM you got the girl. its all a strategy hes playin to get to you
