He adopted a little girl with his ex-wife. during a time they were having problems, he figured that this would help her and get them through it. well sad to say they divorced three months later. NOW! within five months after their divorce she remarries and he is paying 178 a week cs. the girl is now 6 yrs old and calls the other man daddy the mom tells everyone that her new hubby is the daddy. they even went as far as putting it in the newspaper that she is mom and her new hubby dad. She gives him the run around everytime he calls wanting to see the little girl. He says that he hates to come into her life when she is not used to him as her dad. He is hurt by how she has allowed her new husband to evict him out of the childs life I want to know is there anyway he can give up his parental rights, and give the child to them, can he now put the child back up for adoption and force her to readopt the child. Or give up his parental rights or enforce his rights and get involved in her life?

this guy i dated then broke up with called me up and told me he has been seeing a girl from another town and that he loves her. yet he trys to talk about sex with me. what can i say back that will make him realize that he is a real dirtbag, that will never get near me. the problem is i did love this looser at one time but this last call gave me a reality check.

He's my best friend and I don't want to ruin our relationship. I really like him and have asked him out before, but it never really worked out. He would always break up with me or embarass me. I really like him and think I might love him, but I'm not sure if I really like him or if it's just a sign of a good friendship. okay. he told my friends he likes me. i told the same friend i like him. and i think she's told him that i like him. we flirt and stuff, but we've never talked about it. last night at church we sat next to each other, and i like put my hand on the pew and touched him a little with my hand, and he was messing with my skirt (like rubbing it between his fingers) and we were flirting like that. and we were flirting before and after church, and when we all went ou to eat. so what's some other little stuff i can do? will he like it if i "fix his collar" (like if it isn't messed up, i just "fix" it, he doesn' tknow it's not messed up!!! Well - Im good looking, Im blonde and in shape. I dont let guys run all over me. Im picky, mean, and have high-strands. (not all the time) But..............

ok so my best friend has liked this guy for a while now and it's pretty blatant that he likes her back. problem is- a month or so ago she overheard him telling someone else how far he's gone- and it broke her heart because she had thought he liked her during the time period in which he had done this "thing." She keeps calling me and crying, it's terrible. The thing is- we r both friends w/ this guy- and he is a really nice guy- but we've noticed that he's lied about a lot of things before. also- his parents keep a very short leash on him. I tell her I think he made it up- but she's not so sure. Neither of us can imagine how this could be true, given his lifestyle- but idk we need opinions! Is it common for guys to lie about what they've done as lyk a status thing?

heres the deal, im 18 years old and my boyfriend is 21. we've already had lots of problems because we are different race's and all. but we got through it we've been dating for 4 months, and i just found out that hes a paranoid schizophrenic. he was in the marine corp. for 3 years and he had a mental breakdown while in iraq. so he told me i shouldnt worry about it, because hes not one of those crazy schizo's, the war and the marine corp. turned him schizophrenic he said... but sometimes when were laying in bed at night... he tells me things, like the government doesnt want us to know, like how they things they tell us to believe in, is just brainwashing us so we go to hell. and that theres like hidden codes in peopls license plates... I USED TO BELIEVE IT, i was like "damn.. the governemtn does that"?
but after talking with some people, there telling me that thats all just in his head and hes probably ready to have another break down.. he acts normal most of the time.
what do i do?

thanks for all of u who helped me but now the guy i like is getting a little flirty with me! I met a man six months ago and we get along perfectly, but I am having suspicions about how faithful he is to me.

Me and my ex were together for four months. We were each others first loves. He went on vacation for two weeks and when he came back he told me half of him still loves me but half just wanted to be friends. So I said fine, I just want him to be happy, so we broke up. Even though he said we would be friends he no longer talks or looks at me. It's been two months since we broke up now. We have mutual friends and a class together. It's hard because I will be standing right next to him and it's like I don't exsist. I'm not going to ditch our friends, and neither is he. I use to try and talk to him, not about anything big, just nice small talk, but he seemed annoyed that I was doing so. I use to wave, say hello, but nothing. Now I've just started ignoring him back, he obviously wants nothing to do with me but are things always going to be like this?
