My brother tells me that I use to dress fly but I completely got lost , and the man of my dreams said that I need to step up my game thats how I lost him. Do you know how I can be able to step my game so I'll be able to play the game nicely ?

In both actions and dress. No man is worth the latter.

Just dress hot but with elegance. Don't flop your booty everywhere unless it is elgantly clad. Behave like a real lady with a fire in her belly. In other words, be hot but not loose.

Let him chase and just keep him cooled down.

Don't let yourself be pushed into anything to show that you are now formally "stepped up".
