Saddest poem I've read. Don't read if you are already depressed. here it is:

I went to a party, Mom, I remembered what you said.
You told me not to drink, Mom, so I drank soda instead
I really felt proud inside, Mom, the way you said I would.
I didn't drink and drive, Mom, even though the others said I should.
I know I did the right thing, Mom, I know you are always right.
Now the party is finally ending
Mom, as everyone is driving out of sight.

As I got into my car, Mom, I knew I'd get home in one piece.
Because of the way you raised me, so responsible and sweet.
I started to drive away, Mom, but as I pulled out into the road,
the other car didn't see me, Mom, and hit me like a load.
As I lay there on the pavement, Mom, I hear the policeman say,
the other guy is drunk, Mom, and now I'm the one who will pay.

I'm lying here dying, Mom.. I wish you'd get here soon.
How could this happen to me, Mom? My life just burst like a balloon.
There is blood all around me, Mom, and most of it is mine.
I hear the medic say, Mom, I'll die in a short time.
I just wanted to tell you, Mom, I swear I didn't drink.
It was the others, Mom. The others didn't think.
He was probably at the same party as I.
The only difference is, he drank and I will die.

Why do people drink, Mom? It can ruin your whole life.
I'm feeling sharp pains now. Pains just like a knife.
The guy who hit me is walking, Mom, and I don't think it's fair.
I'm lying here dying and all he can do is stare.

Tell my brother not to cry, Mom. Tell Daddy to be brave.
And when I go to heaven, Mom, put "Daddy's Girl" on my grave.
Someone should have told him, Mom, not to drink and drive.
If only they had told him, Mom, I would still be alive.
My breath is getting shorter, Mom. I'm becoming very scared.
Please don't cry for me, Mom. When I needed you, you were always there.
I have one last question, Mom, before I say good bye.
I didn't drink and drive, so why am I the one to die?

my siberain husky had pups last monday and my soon to be husbands brother in law is pissed at me because i will not give them a free puppy. i tryed to ttell him that i have to sell them all so i can pay some bills off but because he is family he swares by rights i should give him one. i told them when she was pregenant that we might give them one depending and now he swares i am supose to give them one for free. now he is starting crap with my man and trying to say he will make him leave his house and take our male husky out of there because of all this over a puppy. does he have a right to be trippin like this or am i in the wrong for this? please tell me

I like to wear a elaborate Jar Jar Binks costume and mask as part of my every day life. I went to the grocery store, and saw how depressed everyone was so I thought I would help. I started dancing in the aisles, and yelling at people, and running up to people and taking things out of their cart. It was great fun. Then when I went to check out, there was only one lane open and a long line. I screamed and screamed while in line and danced, bumping into other people. I opened a box of baking soda and threw it around. Finally I got to the checkout. I started making noises at the cashier, and I kept pressing buttons on the computer. Some people in line were groaning because the line was getting very long, but that gave me even more incentive to make them laugh. I climbed onto the table and started kicking peoples groceries on the floor and singing. The manager and one of his goons pulled me off and said I could never shop there again. Can I sue for harrasement or possibly assualt?

I saw this guy @ gym for few times and we had eye contacts, he came up to me & introduced himself but we never talked to each other alot. The next time he saw me at the gym and offered me a ride to home but I had my own car. A week after I saw him & decided to give him my number and told him to hang out sometime & he seemed interested & told me he's gonna give me a call. It's been 3 days by now and I have not received any call from him. Does this mean he's not interested enough or he's kinda shy or want to wait for a while?!?!?!

I just moved into a 2bedroom with a girl I found on Craigslist, and I found out that she's been going into my room when I'm not home and looking through my stuff and acting like it's her own room. I confronted her once and told her that if she needs anything, to just call and ask before going into my room. I keep my door closed because I like to keep my room private She apologized and said she would never go into my room when I'm not home. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But I was still weary, so I installed a software that records a video whenever there's motion. I caught her one week later coming into my room, snooping in my closet, trying to get on my computer, and looking through my stuff. How should I handle this situation? I just installed a lock on my door, is there anyway I can get out of a lease?

Well, here's the deal. I want to surprise my mom and dad with breakfast in bed tomorrow! Problem is, I'm not a great cook, lol, and I'm so used to having stuff prepared for me, that I am afraid I will mess something up! :( This is the menu so far:

Apple Crumble
Biscuits (fresh and homemade!)
French Toast and
Some sorta egg dish

My question is, will this recipe work (FYI...I totally and completely just made this up from the top of my head):

If I take the same dough from the biscuits and put scramlbled eggs inside it (like the dough will be in a fancy cup shape) will the eggs burn, and will the meal taste good overall? What if I put raw eggs inside the cup shaped dough balls?

Thanks...oh and any other enticing recipes (that are easy) are welcome as well.

Okay..well I was dating this guy, for a few months, and he eventually told me that he didn't like me anymore, after I left him a voicemail asking for a clothing item, I left at his house, he ven threatned to tell everyone including my friends, including his best friend, whom i was friends with (and she is a female) so the next day, his best friend calls me and invites me to his event , which was weird, because she never calls, actually I hadn't talked to her in like six months.And I got back to her a few days later, and she said that was okay, and to have a nice life, and so now when i see her at school she never speaks, we were walking to the parking lot and she walked behind me the whole time, without saying a thing, but what gets, me is why, is she acting like this, and do you think he told her something about me? Because what I don't get is he said that he would tell everyone my business If I called again, but I never did, i just don't understand it...

People always say ask your mate when you suspect them of cheating, if they are cheating but 9 times out of 10 they arent going to flat out say "yes" So why put yourself in that situation, know they may lie to you? Alot of people wouldnt admit to cheating unless they were really pressured to do so or couldnt handle the stress anymore.

I dated a guy 6 years ago and had a wonderful time. He changed jobs and moved and we lost touch. Recently I found him and sent him a hey how you doin email and he responded. Just this weekend he called and we had a WONDERFUL converstaion and were making plans to meet up the next day. While we were on the phone a friend showed up at my door and I asked him if I could call him right back. I tried to call back in like 10 minutes and no answer. It was late so I assumed that he had fallen to sleep. Needless to say the day we were suposed to meet came and went and I have not heard anything. I have called and left several messages and a few emails but still no response. Does anyone have any idea what went wrong and should I still hold out hope that we can be together?

My parent's had me when my dad was like 38, an same age for my mom. I'm 15 and OMG they are like 53 and my dad is almost 54. What an embarassment. Like seriously O.M.G. I can't even let my friends see my parents ... and I'm popular ... so people are around me alot and it's hard to not let them see my parents. My mom almost has like grey hair, and I'm like "mom, die your freaking hair ok?" Like OMG me and my mom where at Food Lion and the girl at the checkout goes "Awww your helping your grandmother at the grocery store?" , I felt like telling that gothic skank to mind her own business.

I can't go on like this. I'm going to loose all my friends and my reputation and popularity if they are exposed to my parents any more than they have been. What the hell am I supposed to do?
