If the time is right (no one's around, you've been flirting, or watching a movie/tv). Just do it. If she likes you no one will be thinking about how awkward/nervous it was at first, and the next time you want to kiss her it will be 10 million times easier. You'll be glad you just went for it.

just think, what are you afraid of? rejection, most likely. the worst that could happen is she wouldnt want you to kiss her. thats it. and most likely, that wont happen. just find a moment during your date or when you two are together and go for it. she probably feels the same way and wants you to kiss her. good luck!

Wait for a good time, like when you're dropping her home after Snakes on a Plane or something. Lean in close, if she's starts moving in to then go for it, if not then pretend like she's got some **** in her hair and you're getting it out.
