i'm 53 y.o. & still trying to get along with & love my mother who is a crazy B, but she thinks i am that. biggest problem is that i have to go thru her to have a relationship with my Dad, who is my most favorite person in the world. he's 80s & hard of hearing & she takes care of him, so he doesn't want to rock the boat. 1 major is that i smoke & she says she gets physically sick from being around me with the smell of smoke on my clothes, even tho i don't smoke around her. she wants me to quick smoking, but i know that even if i do, it will be something else with her about me. i'm a good daughter & person. she has always had an issue with me because my Dad & i are close & compatible. i have lived very far away for 25 years & want to spend time with my Dad & other family while we still can, but it seems my mother tries to make it unbearable. any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks!!!

Everytime I go out with my boyfriend I feel like it's a first date, I get so excited and butterflies in my stomach. We have been going out for 3 years. Our relationship is pretty sexually, (but also emotional) so I don't know if the butterflies are just pure excitement (sex). What do you think this means?

My wife works long hours. I understand that she can be tired. Additionally, there has been a ownership change at her company which is causing her additional stress. BUT, she disapears from time to time and I can not reach her by cell phone. She doesn't listen to her voice messages on her cell phone. She gets mad over the smallest of things and refuses to talk for days. She sleeps on top of the covers as opposed to getting under them with me which hinders my efforts to make love to her. She tells me she needs to talk to me but never does. She only does small talk , she doesn't share her true feelings. Am I being paranoid? Or is she seeing someone else?

Alright, here's the thing. I play basketball with some of my guy friends at lunch every day; and there is this one guy that's pretty cool, and he's really really good at bball. anyway, the boys varsity/jv practice is before mine so i usually stay and watch. I always see that one guy look up at me if he made a shot or something. I don't know if that's me just thinking he's doing it, but whatever. and also, once before classes started, i was talking to my friend about (you guessed it) basketball. and he comes up to his locker, I keep telling my friend how much of a "gymrat" i am, and while he's getting stuff from his back pack, I see him look at me for a while out of the corner of my eye! is that my imagination or what? i'm not saying i want to go out with him or anything, but what do you think? does he like me or not?
