I have heard that in India, men are usually dominant among women. I have a friend from Delhi and I am from an Asian country too. Pls help me understand about the culture of India esp. in love relationships and how do men usually woo a women. I wonder if they are really open with their feelings. How do they deal with such things?

My husband looks at naughty pictures of women all the time and talks about how skinny and pretty other women are all the time. it makes me feel so fat. (i wear a size 6) but its to the point that the last few days i have not been able to touch him so he has resorted to taking it while i sleep. he's very careful not to wake me up but then he brags about it in the morning telling me he took it. I feel so violated. i just dont know what to do.

well, U know, now is first week back to school. I will make more new friends. I really want to talk. But my english isn't good. And nobody say,hi to me. I didn't.too. In health and math classes. It's been over a year and a half since my ex broke up with me because he couldn't handle a long distance relationship (we tried it for 6 months). He has been calling me ever since..at least every two weeks..to say hi and see how I am doing. Whenever we see eachother (like every 3 months or so) we play around but never have sex. Why does he continue to keep in touch? I am seven years younger (i'm 20 and he is 27). And he even tells me that he wants me to have fun and meet other people b/c we are both "living seperate lives right now." Any ideas on what he is thinking? I don't know if I should keep talking to him because I cant seem to get over him. But then if I don't answer his calls I get scared that he'll never call me again and I love him so much. What should I do? Show my love? I feel like maybe i should not call him back for once and see how he reacts....after all, we've been playing this game for 2 years! should i ignore him and see how he acts or will he stop calling then?

When u look at a chicks 360 page, the 1st thing u look at are the pix and avatars(cuz apparently all u chicks have a nice rack and bodacious butt-according to the pix u post)- right guys?Well Ive found myself(a female mind you!) going"wow-shes hot", or "well her avatar is sexy-lets check her out", then you get to her actual pix and it looks like she hit EVERY TREE IN THE UGLY FOREST!!! I'm a single man trapped in a society that demands that you can only be happy if you have a fine young lady on your arm and wishing to become entwined in your pants. Given my own dating history, I just can NOT meet women the way I'd like to (don't think that you're going to reveal to me what my problem is, because you won't. NO ONE has yet). I've come to the conclusion that maybe I'm just not supposed to have any significant other in my life. To that end, I've been focusing on me. However, my friends and family see me not trying to get laid every friday night, and refuse to accept the fact that I'm trying to be happy with my perpetual singlehood. It's not as if NOT trying is any different that what things were like when I WAS trying anyway. Why do they insist that I need a girlfriend if I want to be happy?

I have never crushed on a single Asian guy even though I'm half-Asian... I've had crushes on Caucasian, Indian, Middle-Eastern, and African American guys. Additionally, most of my friends are Caucasian, even though I grew up in California originally, which has a lot of Asian people. In many areas it's primarily NOT Caucasian.

I was at a party with my mother in law and she starts acting silly and dancing.When I came into the room,she calls out to me,"Come dance with me!",noone else was dancing and I dont dance in front of people so I laughed and said, "no,I dont cant dance"She goes,"YOU ,cant dance?"and makes this face like I'm full of it...I said,"Why would you think I can dance?" and she's like"gimme a break!".Everyone knew what she was implying ,there were even a couple people who covered their faces embarassed, not wanting to look at what was going on.....this was obviously a racist moment. I lkept it light,laughed her off and left the room.What should I have said back to her comments?................................By the way,this was not a Mel Gibson;she was completely sober and aware of her words and expressions.

My boyfriend and I broke up after 4.5 years about 2.5 months ago. We have remained fantastic friends and have been going thru all the motions at similar times and have helped each other thru out. But a week ago he kissed another girl and wouldnt talk to me for 3 days, I had no idea why he wouldnt talk to me until he told me. He said that he felt REALLY guilty.

Yes it hurts because I feel he is moving on and I felt like that too, but now i seem to be going backwards as he is going forwards.
Its not that he kissed her that hurts, its knowing the steps before hand, the drink buying, the flirting, his smile and then finally that milli seconds before the kiss. THATS what hurts.

In the 2 times they have caught up she has spilled her entire life story, I dont want him to get bogged down with that soooo soon either.

I guess I know my place will be taken sometime soon and that hurst too.. how do I deal with this and not feel so anxious and ill??
Please help me.
