At the very beggining of a break up if the man takes the child with him is this considered kidnap?

Its kinda an odd situation isnt it i mean imagine you break up with your wife and you deside the kid is better off with you is this considered kidnap? Or what if the husband somehow puts the wife out of the house and takes care of the kid again is this kidnap? I would like to understand the procedures as my wife has gone out of her mind. I mean we both are the parents sinse court doesnt start right at that moment who decides whether the child stays with the father or mother? Procedures?

Are you on here cause you cant go to sleep?

I have insomnia and I found a great site that has relaxation music and sounds on there for free, like the ocean, chimes all that stuff. I am always looking out for that stuff cause I try to use natural methods to sleep. The site is http://www.soundsleeping.com/

What Kind of Advice would you give to a walking Phobia like me? Really Serious Problems.?

Just yesterday I posted a couple of questions and decided That I need some professional help

So this is what the doc said...

I have bipolar disorder and extreme Social Phobia & Anxiety disorder ,both of them thanks to my abusive parents and one of my teachers in high-school.

And She also said that I am little sexually abusive and not normal.

Now this I found out in the session ,it was due to exposure to some Bad movies when I was 7 or 9 by a 16 yr old distant cousin..it was not Hard-Core type stuff...but the damage It caused to me continues till this date.

Now I have opted to change and help myself out of all this mess,

In all of this,I have to thank god for one thing ..I never get sucidal thoughts and always find some hope and faith in me when things are really bad.

I truely now believe that I can control my Mind and be the person I really want to be.Just tell me some ways to get a good start in my new life and pray a little for me if you can.

Hello, I am a 41 year old male. I am listed on one of the many internet dating sites. I had a 29 yr old female email me the other day. She wanted to chat and email one another back and forth. The kicker is that she is in a very far flung Russian republic, Im in the States. Her english is not the best in the world, but I think we are communicating well enough considering our differences. So my question is, Is she for real or should I quit dreaming? BTW I know about the scams and such. I would NEVER EVER send money or give credit card information....Hoping yes, stupid NO.

What to do?

What to do about a girl who feels the same things (very strong at that) you feel for her but is afraid that she'll get hurt by you due to past experiences, therefore is putting up a wall around her heart. I can see both the love and fear in her eyes. Time and consistency is probably the best ....... but could use some tips.
