If he was actually millions of miles away...he would not be on this planet. Since you probably do not have access to the space shuttle or a Titan 5 rocket...the best you could do is to communicate via radio signals. In reality, there is not much you can do to befriend him via radio waves. My suggestion...find someone on this planet and move on. Hope this helps.
