well, U know, now is first week back to school. I will make more new friends. I really want to talk. But my english isn't good. And nobody say,hi to me. I didn't.too. In health and math classes. I was very quiet. I through, If I talk to them, would they like it. so, I wanted they talk first. Why couldn't I be active to talk to people? Be first one.

u can talk to them the best way u can so if they want to be ur friend then they can help u with ur English and be ur friend and u can understand English more and that can be a good thing for and i can have some what friend so try ur best to go up to ppl and say hi the best way u can so it can show that u want to talk to ppl and be there friend and thing like that. -lele-

I think u should just be who you are and talk to people. im sure they wont exclude you. At the moment u sound as if you're too scared to talk, believe you're english isn't that bad i think you should start a conversation with someone.
Like the other person said dont make English be a barrier to your social life.

So no one makes the first move, then why don't you introduce yourself and start talking. No harm in being the first one. your english should not be a barrier. Everyone makes mistakes.

SMILE. That will break the ice and if the other person respond with a smile..then you can start the conversation. Consider this, your classmate maybe nervous like you. Smile smile and give out a sincere smile.
