How do you wash your track shoes?

When it says do not soak because it might spoil the material. I've tried using the spray foam especially for track shoes to clean off the tough stains on the cloth material but not for the nylon. But it doesn't even work!!! Help me pls!!

hey, all the married people?

i'm happily married for bout 2 yrs.i have no issues in our marriage by the grace of god.i have a loving husband but sometimes i get very edgy becuz of my hubby's behaviour.every time v r out he's always watching other women *** n boobs n try to show me too(btw my measure are 33'24'34 n i think he finds me a bit skinny.though he has told me that he is obssessed with boobs n ***).v luv each other very much but his this behaviour irritates me.is this aserious issue?i wonder if other husbands also do the same?and do u think with the above mentioned measures am i too skinny?do i need to worry bout this problem?

I woke up sunday morning and my 18 year old son was gone and i dont know why?

he meet an other family and the woman filled his head with **** i hurt and he doesnt care my heart is broken for he is my youngest son he comes from a large family 8 children and he is the second youngest he has never given me a moment of grief until this happened and he turned 18 i have spoken to this family and i know the young man they speak about is a stranger my son is loving and honest and we have ALWAYS GOT ON SO WELL.. i miss him so much yes i have reached out to him but too no avail. Only a mother could know this pain and i cannot understand why this woman cannot know i am hurting she has played with his head i am not allowed to ring him < he changed his Ph No last week >i havent spoken to him for 4 months i cannot even know where he lives my God what did i do that was so wrong. I don't get schools????

I don't know I guess schools have changed. But now students always have a label, geek or popular. Maybe that's why they don't study hard. But what is it do geeks get their label because they're intelligent? Do popular kids get their label because they act dumb to get attention? What is it you have to do to get a good label around schools these days. My daughter is in middle school and there's this much drama. I just want her to have a good label. What does she have to do?
