I don't do anything on the Internet that I don't want someone to read or hear about. This includes my wife, boss, parent's, pastor etc. Nothing is private on the Internet, or your PC if it's connected.

Cool your jets kid, it is not that simple. For him to legally access your account he would have to have permission from a judge and a warrant. I doubt if any judge would issue one to him for that. If you definitely are doing something wrong and against the law and he can show good cause then it is possible. On the other hand if he was able to see your passwords at some time and knows them he can look any time he wants. If you feel he is looking then change the pass words. If he has no reason for checking on you then he most likely is not. If for some reason he is checking on people without legal cause then he is committing a crime.I bet he has other things to worry about that are more important.

He can of course view whatever you have displaying publicly. If he had some kind of documents he or some other police officer would probably be able to contact Yahoo and get them to give the police private information from your account. However, I highly doubt he could or would hack into your account without a good reason (and it's up to you to make sure he doesn't get any good reasons).
EDIT: If he IS doing it, WITHOUT good reasons, then you may be able to sue him. You should look up the Yahoo policies and maybe talk to a lawyer about it, see what you can find out.

No your cousin can do that unless he believe or has reason to believe that you are involved in criminal activity. Other wise he is braking the privacy law.
If need be report him to his supervisor, if you are not doing anything wrong well you have nothing to fear, he is just trying to intimidate you. He is being a jerk, but don't sue him it is not worth the trouble, laugh at his foolishness and go on with you life.
Don't let him get the best of you, stay strong and stay wiser than him.
