Ok here is the deal, I just got this temp job during the summer which was supposed to run for about 7-8 weeks. Ok the summer is done, but I was offered a permanent positon about 4 weeks into it. I said sure b/c it seemed like the only option for money at the time. But recently my manager is becoming really nasty, and "supposedly I have been losing money" and coming up short. I have no way to explain why? Simply because I really have no idea how the money disappears, I count and double count money that I give to customers, yet I have been short everyday this week. Not only that, my shortcomings have been announced to the ENTIRE office. So I feel uncomfortable and I just dont feel like staying there, plus the pay sucks! Anything that I should say? OR how should I go about it b/c my temp term is almost done?

he's kinda mature.. i mean he's got great ideas.. & he loves me sooo much.. i like him.. & he's told me things i always thought about & thought no one else had ever thought about!! he cares & everything.. its only that somtimes.. there r things that i'v gone throu but he didnt or is going throu it now.. i feel old when i try to help him with it.. still i like him so much & he's so in love with me.. & he really makes me fly!! what do u think guys? could it work on th long term.. or is it just temporary.. i need honest advice..

Known a guy only 2 months on the personals, met him 3 times and really like him. He writes the most beautiful letters I have ever received in my life. They are articulate, humorous and witty.
If I don't respond with a note or phone call within HIS timeframe, he gets suspicious and accuses me of not wanting a possible relationship. What is the problem here? Does he have an overactive imagination or low self esteem or what?
He knows I also communicate and date others at times. We are not in an exclusive relationship yet, but I might like to be, if he were not so insecure and in need of constant reassurance.
