Practice by saying some of the things loud when your alone. Do it everyday and you will lose some of the embarrassment. the hardest part is getting the words to come out of your mouth when your not used to saying them.

My husband wanted me to talk dirty to him. But he didnt pressure me. Eventually there would be times that the emotional and hormones would rise so much that I would start saying different things I was comfortable with. Start off with one or two words. Ask him for ideas too. It didn't happen over night for me and we don't talk dirty all the time either. It took me several months before I finally got the courage to start talking dirty and I'm a PRUDE! But I also realized that it's just me and him. No one else is there or going to hear.

Start out by describing how things make you feel when he does them. Go on to tell him what you want him to do to you to make things even better. Then start telling him what you are going to do to him.
