Spyware is for a personal computer and wouldn't apply to a cell phone unless you have a Blackberry which is tapped into your email and also has cell phone functions.

Wow, if you think he has done this give him something that will shake him up. Set up a thing with a friend, and give him a conversation that will knock him for a loop, something he will totally not expect, like your having an affair with another woman, or you are planning on buying a new car with his savings. If he is crazy enough to spy on you, (even if you do give him cause to) you should think about ending the relationship, obviously he is if he is spying on you.

perhaps your phone store can tell you. Take it in. If it's true what are you prepared to do about it? Give it some thought before you check it out. that way you'll be calm when you find out it's true. If it's not than ask yourself why you thought so in the first place. Good luck and peace.

first find out if your phone is capable of having complicated softwares on it. =)
if its a smart phone, u can always use the master reset so it will delete all softwares(like spywares) installed on it that u are unaware of.

I dont know. but there are simple remedies like buying a new phone, keeping many lines, etc If you are a bad girl and dont want hubby finding out, use a pay phone
