he was married before. she cheated on him and left him to remarry. he has one son and he thinks about him every day. sometimes it makes him very sad. he has not seen his child in years because the ex is crazy.

what words can i say to make him feel better? how do I help him cope with these issues? he feels like a failure and not very manly because she left him. i want him to know that obviously she wasnt the one.

but how do i help him and his sadness over the child?

My fiancee and I are getting married next June. The reception is being held about 300 feet from the chapel. We're expecting all of the guests to walk, but she doesn't really want to hitch up her wedding dress and walk the 300 feet, and it's too short for something like a car or carriage or hansome cab.

We were thinking of something fun, like a Segway or a little Vespa or something. However, we're also trying to stay within a modest price range (few hundred $$). Any suggestions?

Okay this isn't so much of a question as it is a plea for advice based on experience. My last serious relationship ended a year and a half ago and I put up an emotional block up until recently. I met someone who played my heart strings like a yoyo and the experience has left me emotionally torn apart and lost. She is out of the equation now with no chance for any rekindling. I need help or someone to talk to about how I can move through this emotional storm.
Please no rediculous childish answers, I've had enough of that recently.

my husband got arrested for drugs. he got a good lawyer that he is paying lots of money for. i need to know that once he is out of jail (if the trafficking charge is dropped to a misdimeanor that is) if there is a state we can move to that will allow you to just pay off the probation in full. instead of being on it for 5 years

I have been with my man for 4years now and I want to marry him next year but I am kind of scared because I only want to be married one time and I do want to live the rest of my life with him. He is 48 and I am 28 do you think I am making the right choice. I can't marry him right now due to being financially unstable. I am also thinking about having another baby in between. i dont mean to sound big headed or anything, but i'm pretty. (i get hit on a lot by other guys) my bf is not the best looking person, but continues to make me feel as if im not good enough. most you would probably say dump him, but its not the easy. i left everything i ever had for him (family and friends) i dont regret any of that (due to my own reasons), but i sacrificed a lot. i try my best to do anything i can to satisfy him, but its never good enough. he tells me i nag a lot-i wouldnt nag if he just stopped lying. any advice?
