wholy jeez!!!

my friend since we were little girls got married 5 years ago and she held it at this huge church in chicago, my grandmother coordinated and i was on program to sing and do a reading..

i'll never forget it-
first, her "maid of honor" called 20 minutes before the wedding and said she couldn't make it because she couldn't find a babysitter! (pam paid $750 for her dress, stockings, gloves, shoes)

then, her guy's best man just didn't show up at all! (pam also paid for this guys stuff)

then the worst...
i was waiting in the back with her while she was getting ready to go meet with her father and my grandmother sent for me to come and do the reading, when i walked into the chapel of the church i felt tears coming to my eyes because in the church that could easily hold 2000 people, there were only about 11 people there!!! 11 people and the bum she married only had 2 people sitting on his side!!!

I felt so bad for her because when she came down the isle and saw the empty church she lowered her head and didn't bring it back up until it ended.

her family sent out a good 1500 invitations and paid for 1500 dinners at the reception hall which was equally huge and equally emtpy as about 32 people showed up for the food!

we were at the reception with all these empty tables in the big *** hall and just nobody there, it was horrible

there were only 3 gifts and 4 cards, 2 were from me and my grandmother oh it was awfull....

My FI best friend the groom married a piece of trash because he got her pregnant..... well, her cousins said something to his sister on the dance floor and then attacked her. Like 3 of them just grapped her and started punching. The trashy brides family, instead of just braking it up- starts randomly attacking people on his side family. Guest in the back- got up and backed up against the wall! These people where actually having a fist fight... and it was soo bad they cater had to rip people off of other people and they threw them outside. Everyone was kicked out of the place and both families are banded from that catering hall. It was the first fast dance the DJ had played so half the people didn't even get their dinner yet.

And the worst part is I have to have the bride and groom at my wedding!!!!!!

Maybe this is not the worst thing, but annoying. At my wedding, during the time, my husband and I were up in front of the Rabi and Minister, we both had to speak the I do's and stuff. Since I have a speech problem, and stuttered through my part, when it was over and we were walking down the isle, my husband, right away takes me into a back room for me to calm down. He didn't understand that my speech problem affects me that way. In a way, he took the JOY out of the moment. I thought to myself, now why do I have to calm down - THIS IS MY Wedding! So why should I calm down - it's a time to hype it up - and celebrate!

That I have personally seen, hmmmmm.

I was at one once where a baby was crying during the vows and the parent just sat there doing nothing to calm or quiet it.

One time I saw a guest get so fall down drunk she was hitting on every man there, groom, groomsmen, the father's, and any guest that got in her way. Not that weird in itself, but she was slowly loosing clothing until they called a cab. She was down to her slip as they escorted her out the door. They couldn't find one of her shoes, so she now has a right without a left red pump.

A minister farted once, but people just kept quiet about the smell until the ceremony was over. Then they ran for the door!

If nothing else, I hope you got a good laugh!

I've only been two a couple weddings. But the one I went to last October, the brides step-mother thought that is was a good idea to ask people as they walked into the church if they were friends or family. How rude could you be?!

ive heard about a dude that was DJing a wedding and some kids took off with peper spray and it was the bride and father dance and she told the DJ to stop because she smelt the pepper spray and everyone had to go outside till it cleared off and only 1/4 of the guests went back in

Aside from people being drunk and making colossal fools of themselves, I went to a wedding where the singer forgot the words to a song in the middle of the bride walking down the aisle. LOL...bad.

The groom and his best man and the ushers all stood in a line. The best man gave a little speech and then took a toothbrush, put toothpaste on it, and a glass of water. He brushed hiss teeth and spit into the glass and passed the brush and glass to the next guy down the line to the groom who then drank the water. It was on America's funniest videos. I almost lost my dinner.

This was the funniest thing: When the groom went under the brides gown to pull off the garter, he pulled a black, bald-headed cabbage patch doll out and everyone could not stop laughing.

Bride had a 4 month old baby who she was holding before the ceremony who spit up yam baby food on her white dress. Bright orange streak all down the front, 20 minutes before the ceremony.
