MY HUSBAND IS FROM AFRICA AND WE HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 10 YEARS--I AM NOT MUSLIM. Just curious. My ex husband is in prison and I won't take our daughter to see him. I did it once during his first time in prison and that was a big mistake. He went back for a second time and I refused to subject our child to that again. He thinks that I am so wrong for this but I think that he is so wrong for not being a law abiding citizen who works hard and tries to set a good example for our daughter. She is 11, bright, funny, caring, loving...a sweetie pie. He won't be free again before she's an adult. I hate that she is having to grow up without a father but I don't see how taking her to the prison is going to help her. What are your thoughts on this?

I have been dating my boyfriend for about 5 months now. But recently, things haven't been the same, and the love had faded. He even ignores me, and he says he is 'so in love with me' but every time he tries to talk to me he has a mental block. He promised this would stop but it didn't, but i talked to him again and he said tomorrow he will definitely be ok this time. I told him if he isn't then i can't go on. I don't really feel the same anymore, but should i give him a chance or not?I went out with this guy a few years ago but we were both quite immature, but we've both matured alot since and he's a great friend. He's been amazing through it all, but has told me he still loves me, and i feel it would work now. He also said he will support whatever decision i make about my boyfriend. I've always loved him, but even if i split from my boyfriend i don't think it would be a good idea to date so quickly?What do you think??

ok I just got my first kiss....and well...i did like it..but i found out he didnt...he asked for some lip gloss and i put my lips out to kiss him and then i turnd my head away, then i did again but i kissed him, but he didnt kiss me back and he said to his friend "i didnt know she was goin to do that, thats why i pulled away" and he kept sayin "kiss me again" and kept sayin "your soo sexy" and he kept wantin me to tell everybody'' and askin when i was gonna do it again ...then yesturday i found out from his friend that he didnt like it and he knew it was my first kiss....all i did was a peck...WUT THA HELL IS WRONG WITH THAT...his friend said i was supposed to tilt my head...wuts tha damn difference?????? he was married before. she cheated on him and left him to remarry. he has one son and he thinks about him every day. sometimes it makes him very sad. he has not seen his child in years because the ex is crazy.

what words can i say to make him feel better? how do I help him cope with these issues? he feels like a failure and not very manly because she left him. i want him to know that obviously she wasnt the one.

but how do i help him and his sadness over the child?

I have heard people here say they are for interracial dating and all, I think that its good too, BUT I want to hear from people against it, why are you against it? why would it bother you to see someone else with somone of another race even if they are being treated right and are in love and why wouldnt you date outside your race? whats your fear?

My husband cheated a few times while we were married. Then after my 4th daughter was born he left us. We were together for 8 years. I raised the girls by my self then a year later he comes around trying to take my girls from me.. He couldn't. Then he said all these bad things about me and made CPS come out and lied.

My husband and I have thought about buying another set of Wedding rings for the both of us, we have lost the set like two times already, or I should say, I have lost mind.I know that what matters is our happiness and no materials stuff will keep us together.We were seperated for almost one year, and we got back together,my husband plans on getting me the rings for our anniversary, which would be on September the 4th,which is another question,should I say seven years or six when asked?because we were seperated for almost that one year in between.So, my questions are, would it be ok if we where the rings when we get them,because I do plan to get married by the church someday,but do not know when,but we are already married civilly.Also, would I count that almost one year missed or not when saying how many yrs we've been married?Please,no smart answers.

I have been married for 7 years now and recently an old highschool sweetheart of mine told me she is coming to my area to visit. She asked if i would like to get together just to say Hi. Now i have no interest in her romantically but wouldn't mine catching up a bit. My wife I do not think would mind (of course I would discuss it wither her before hand). however if the situation were reveresed i would not be ok with her meeting up with her ex. so the questions are 1 should i visit with the HS sweetheart 2 should i feel badly about being such a hypocrite?
