I have a male friend who I have been friend with for 10 years! Both of us got marred 3 months apart! Since then we have both had a child (2 months apart) and talk every once an awhile! My husband knows him well and trust me talking to him! My husband is my BEST friend! I would still however like keep my relationship with my friend of 10 years! Here's the problem, his wife doesn't tell him when I call! I have tried being friends with her and invited her over! My friend stops by whenever she isn't around to chat with my husband and I or to bring his child over to play with ours! What do I do? Recently I called to talk to him and she answered his cell phone and told her to have him call my husband back and if she would have told him I KNOW he would have!! Any advice?

I got a call 4rm my bf's baby mama yesterday saying they had just had sex, she can't stand me so i asked her why she was callin 2 tell me she said bcuz she wanted me 2 know. so i called him she picks up his phone and tells that that he's with some other girl. then she threaten to stab me if i kept callin his phone. ok just for argument sake a fetus is not a person it does not have life that can be valued as human and is more or less a "product of conception" or a blob of cells. I f a woman decides to nurture this blob into a baby why should a man have to pay child suppirt? I mean if it truly is nothing and woman chooses to encourage this nothing to become a baby why should a man be forced to pay for her decision? I know many of you will say the mans choice was a condom but there are also female condoms, birthcontrol pills, morning after pills, IUD, patches, injections in fact women have far more forms of birthcontrol than me! Does this mean only women are allowed to make this mistake? We dont have to tell our husbands if we want an abortion, girls dont have to tell their parents but if we do decide to keep this fetus that science and the government have determined is not truly a life why should a man pay if a woman wants to let it grow. I think any rational person would consider this.

In my opinion, I feel that the overpriced weddings of today are ridiculous! I want my wedding to be a party and for everyone to have fun and remember it as a celebration and a great time! I want my bridesmaids to wear cute shoes they'll love and fun dresses they can wear again. However, there's always the issue of how to go about this and I would love suggestions! I was thinking of having a later ceremony, around 7 or 8pm, and then a reception involving an open bar and appetizers and dancing and mingling with all the guests instead of sitting tucked away in a corner. We could still have all the traditions: first dance, receiving line, best man speech, all that. I think a huge sit-down 5 course meal is silly and a waste of money. I'd rather spend the money on a fabulous honeymoon! Is this something people do? Where would a good place be? Any ideas? Suggestions? Concerns? Thanks in advance!
