If you catch her looking at you - look away and then look back a bit later. If she is still looking your way then it means you have caught her eye. I think women like men to approach them and this is their way of letting you know it's okay to come over. Of course this is a general rule - hopefully you wont end up being slapped. Try walking past her so that she sees you and go to the bar alone. Hopefully she will follow to get herself a drink. Don't march straight over pushing her friends aside - that will get you nowhere!

Yeah you kinda have been given the assumption, staring / making eye touch with a female would not recommend the guy likes her. it depends sometimes when i see someone ill jus smile at them as in saying "hello" but when i really want to talk to him or i want him to approach me ill make a long eye contact and smile.

i would say if she cant keep taking her eyes off of you like she keeps looking back at you or her eyes keep wandering back to you she is wanting something so yeah approach her she probably wants you to lol
