ok just for argument sake a fetus is not a person it does not have life that can be valued as human and is more or less a "product of conception" or a blob of cells. I f a woman decides to nurture this blob into a baby why should a man have to pay child suppirt? I mean if it truly is nothing and woman chooses to encourage this nothing to become a baby why should a man be forced to pay for her decision? I know many of you will say the mans choice was a condom but there are also female condoms, birthcontrol pills, morning after pills, IUD, patches, injections in fact women have far more forms of birthcontrol than me! Does this mean only women are allowed to make this mistake? We dont have to tell our husbands if we want an abortion, girls dont have to tell their parents but if we do decide to keep this fetus that science and the government have determined is not truly a life why should a man pay if a woman wants to let it grow. I think any rational person would consider this.

I don't think there is a really satisfying answer to your question. I see your point.

1st of all darlin it takes 2, to make a baby so whether or not the father wants it or not he is still responsible financially, emotionally and physically for his child.. men who don't want any children should use condoms, and women who don't want children should use condoms and birth control...

many women for whatever reason decide to terminate and some choose to go to term, but that doesn't mean they should be left with the responsibility of raising the child.. abortion isn't always the answer and it's not for everyone...

if they both lay down together then they both should share the responsibility.. that's mens' problems today.. they wanna lay but then what comes next then they wanna act like cowards...

and who's side r u on anyway? r u a girlfriend to a guy that got kids????

Um, truly it took both to create these "blobs" and ultimately the woman is stuck with the child no matter what and if the daddy decides to not stick around and help raise it; that is where child support comes in. It takes two.

You are correct.

There is no drug store in America you can walk into and buy birth control that is 100% effective.

Making a man pay for a child he didnt want or intend to father is the ultimate taxation without representation.

Not having sex is not really a lifelong option, because abstinence is unhealthy, increases cancer risk, etc.

you also had the choice to not have sex, becuase you don't want to be ad daddy. You are deadbeat piece of you know what. That baby is better off without you. It is a baby not a blob! That women would be smart to lose you and fast, and maybe even contact any other women you ever date and tell her about you lack of character. Man you have really pissed me off.

"It takes 2 to Tango..." and so both the male and the female are responsible for creating life. Therefore, both are responsible for caring for that life. That includes financial support for the child!

You play, you pay! End of discussion.
