My 12 year old step-daughter lives with her mother 4 hrs. from us. We have her for visits. I don't feel she is being taught any kind of responsibility from her mother, and her dad knows it but won't enforce anything when she is here because we have her for such a short time. She's a great kid, and our relationship is good, but she needs more guidance. A tracfone was bought for her a few months ago and it's purpose was to be used only to call here. Her mother often told her no to calling, so this allowed her to call whenever she wants, but she abused her minutes and called people she shouldn't have. My husband is not happy about this, but he bought her another card and has intentions of laying down the law about its usage. i don't think he will. What can i do? Should I stay out of it? I want her to learn to be resposible, but I feel like my hands are tied. If they allow her to be irresponsible, she will only abuse it more as she gets older. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Leave me alone, let me watch t.v without interruption
Make wings and buy beer for me and my friends, let us drink, scratch our balls and watch the game without another word out of you, in fact, go hang out with your sister for the night.
Give me a massage, then head, then let me go straight to sleep without pillow talk or spooning.
Clean the house, do the laundry and cook dinner without whining about how much you have to do and how little I do. Then do the dishes while I go watch tv, in silence.

Womens answer:
Send me flowers at work for no reason
Clean the house, do the laundry and take me out for a romantic dinner, Arbys does not cut it
Suprise me with a weekend away in a bed and breakfast by the ocean.
Say "tonight is all about you honey, take the phone aff the hook (thats after you clean the house and take her out)

The guy i've been seeing and I decided about 2 weeks ago to stay semi-casual because we're both afraid of getting hurt and don't want to put any unnecessary pressure on our relationship by adding titles.
Well the other night we were hanging out with my best friend, her boyfriend and a few of their buddies and all night she introduced him as my boyfriend, which he and I make a point not to say.
At first he made a little joke 'So I'm yours now - it's official' and then eventually said nothing about it as the night went on.
Later that night as we were getting ready for bed he brought it up and said that it was awkward because we don't refer to ourselves that way.. but that was basically it, kind of negative about it.
Then a little while later he starts making comments about i stay over so much i'll start leaving my toothbrush there ect.. jokingly, but this time positively- and then we had a serious convo about our pasts.

My cousin and her husband are naturists and frequently go to clothing optional beaches and naturist resorts together with their 2 daughters of 7 and 8. Because of being used to wear nothing the two girls are often in the nude at home, even when visits are present, and recently when attending a family reunion the girls spent the afternoon at the swimming pool totally naked in front of everybody, including boys of their own age. What strikes me is that the girls seem to be totally at easy in these situations and not ashamed at all of being seen naked.

Do you think the two girls will be affected in a negative way in the future because of the liberalism of their parents?

My family has a lot of money. We have a huge house right out of this small town. Even though i have a boyfriend and am happy with him guys always to get with me. I am not saying thats a bad thing but it bothers me. Is this how its always going to be just cuz i have a trust fund. It scares me cuz people are always asking for something. Keeping true friends is hard because i am the only girl so my mom spoils me with clothes and a new car. Which my other friends dont have. If i invite people over they always make a mess and destroy stuff so i dont do that anymore. I always feel bad so i pay the bill if me and my friends go out to eat. The worst part is my boyfriends family is wealthy like my family so people at school just are constantly trying to seperate us or they spread rumors daily about the rich kids in school.
How do i stop this constant being used by people?

i am 30 and was staying seperately with my wife. My inlaws are illtreating me with low self esteem and insult me and my parents too on several occassions,even though i am a doctor, my wife too misuses my true love for her and keeps mum on such issues and silently supports her parents by her silence,which only encourages my inlaws and she has left me staying now in her parents house since past 4 months,as i didnt approve of her parents behaviour and attitude towards me, these has been happening since our marriage.we r married since 1 1/2 yrs, though i truely love her, i am not able to come to terms when it comes to my self respect, wat should i do now? desert her? i have 2 good proposals from other suitable alliances, shall i remarry? i have tried to solve the issues by getting elders tof either side together on two occassions but nothing came of it. i have lost hope in everything pls help by sincere advice as i am not able to concentrate on anything..
