My boyfriend owns is own charter boat and our schedules are totally off. It is Lobster season now so he has been diving for the past 3 days. My problem is, is that he is not a night diver and he has been getting home around 11 pm or even 12am. He can't be diving, what is he doing or should I be worried?

J (my BF and BFF) cheated on me. This is what happened. Five days ago my brother (J's employer) can to our house (which we own together) and said he knew J was abusive. I said he was not and he is not. But my bro wouldn't listen. Then he said he wanted me to stay the night with his kids I said okay. He was rushing me to get my stuff and said we'd buy new stuff which really confused me. When I got to his home he was talking very badly about J and I thought it was because my bro was drunk. I called for someone to get me. Ended up that my bro confessed that some woman called him and said J was cheating and that he was abusive and held a gun to her head then she thretened to tell. I wouldn't believe him so he called his source. It was S a woman J worked with for a few years. She was 50 and lonely and J became close to her taking her to the hosp. and all kinds of stuff. Any she said he cheat with some girl at work. I had J come to my bro's house. He confessed (contenued on next thred)

Do Foster Parents recieve payment for caring for the children?
enough to properly care for them and supply them with the things they may need...I wouldn't want to take a child and then later have hardship/forcing me to return the child with added damage?

My husband and I were married 3 years ago. He has 3 children from a previous marriage, I have 3 children also, and we have a one year old together. I have a degree in early childhood education. We are in the process of opening a childcare center in our town. We are a corporation with me owning 51% and my husband with 49%. I asked him to get something drawn up by our attorney stating that if he was to pass away his interest in the daycare would revert to me. I do not own any property or vechiles. It is all in his name. I will not inherent anything from the home we live in, it will all go to his children. I don't think I am being unfair in this matter. It would be like asking him to split his retirement in half with me children and he would just have to live on half of it. What do you think? Am I asking too much?

My sister is 28 now. She has been married for 6 yrs and has 1 son who is 5.

She has just told me that she was raped 6mths ago but was afraid to tell anyone, she hasn't even told her husband. Ok so I kicked him out yesterday and he obviously didn't think I was serious, because he showed up at my house at 3 am drunk off of his a** and wouldn't leave I kept telling him to leave but he wouldn't so I called the cops and I told them I just want him out of my house I don't want him here. He thought that I was joking when I called the cops and when they got here he walked right downstairs to them he didn't fight them or anything he just went with them. Should I feel bad? I kind of do but I kind of don't because I have made my point too many times and he never gets it! I think the reason I feel so bad is because we have a child together but I think that she deserves a better daddy than a drunk showing up at my door trying to fight to keep me because it is what HE wants!
