Whether it is wrong or not it is illegal. Its called "sex offender' or "criminal sexual conduct" better yet he may even be lucky enough to have his picture on a national registry. One must ask what does he see in a 14 year old, she is not enough had enough time to be mature enough for a relationship with an adult because that is what he is legally but maybe he has some issues to be worried about himself. Can we all say, "CHESTER the MOLESTER"!

YES~I think it is way to young to be dating anyone~I don't care if they guy was her age~14 year old needs to pay more attention to school~than pretend relationships~and if your parents were involved at all~they would stop this NOW~this is exactly what is wrong now a days~teenagers getting pregnant/having abortions, ect......parents are allowing there children to get away with to much~we need to take more control over our children and be more involved with who they are!!!!!!!

When he turns 18, he will be of legal age and considered an adult. If her parents want to, they can file charges against him for being with a minor.

yes it is wrong.. she is a minor, a child, a teen and he is a grown man.. that's statutory rape if they have s e x... alot of older guys like to manipulate or play with young girls feelings and convince them that doing older things will make them look better, feel better or make them cooler and in actuality they r not allowing them to grow up and be a teen..
ur sister is not ready for a relationship w/an older man.. i'd tell my mom in a heart beat...

It's only wrong if they have sex, it's illegal actually so just talk to her and see if she loves this guy. Just, talk to her and keep the communication going. If they love each other the age shouldn't matter but she is sort of young to be madly "in love".
