Personally I would say NO to lies but saying that I have told lies in the past to keep the peace(when I was married)
My ex-husband told nothing but lies and hes living it up big with my son, My ex lied to get custody of him and won so in that case lying was worth it for him......But remember once you tell a lie you have to tell more to keep the first one going and it gets you in a big mess. What you have to decide is which mess will be bigger? The one with the lie or the one with the truth?
Good luck babes and I hope I helped a little bit. x

No. A lie now will bite you later. It will cause nothing but troubles.

You'll eventually have to lie a 2nd time to cover up the first lie, and then a 3rd, 4th and 5th time, etc.

A good (cute) video you might want to watch is from Veggie Tales called "The fib from space".

It gets the point across in a fun, cute veggie-tale type of way. Check it out - it's only 1/2 hour long.

I feel as if there are certain things some people just don't need to know, but if you think that this is a lie that will eat at you then you should just tell the truth. Honesty is always best even though it might hurt sometimes.

Telling a lie never has any advantages, because one lie runs into another until you're so wrapped up in lies that you forget what lie you originally started out with. It's better to be too honest than known as a liar.

I think it depends but I know, the truth will set you free. If you tell a lie you will have to have a good memory. Someday if you want to tell the truth but you already made people believe that the lie is the truth they might not trust you again.

Depends on why you're tellling the lie. If it is a white lie like tellling a sick person that they look wonderful even though they are sick, it could be worth it to make them feel better. Other lies arent so benign.

not really 'cause you end up having to tell more lies to cover the lie u told before and some where down the line you get caught, when u can't remember the first lie u told

sometimes telling a lie will save you from hurting others or getting yourself into trouble, but in the end - its not worth it. your left with the guilt and hurt of not telling the truth. the truth always comes out- and you end up with the reputation of being dishonest, or distrustworthy. don't do it.

ALL LIERS ARE COWARDS!!!!
I friggin hate liers, Im even gettin angry just thinking of the times I've been lied to, you will be subject to many bad wishes and/or actions, however, you can word what you say quite well, and not actually lie at all. If not just evade the situation.
DONT TELL LIES
EEVVVVVEEEERRRRRR

No it is not worth it (unless you are already known to be a
born liar since, in this case, nobody will take you seriously),
even so, it would be a good time to change your profile despite
the fact that it may take some time.
