i mean shes 13 and im 15..she used to be all over me...and i asked her out and she REALLY backed off..its been about a month now and she hasnt given me an answer yet....her and her mom are REALLY close..and her mom says its just becuz me and her are such good friends ..that shes afraid if we ever broke up..it would seem really weird...but she did say she liked me..but she's just scared...i mean..what should i do?? and why would she have backed off like she did if she likes me??

Not me having the affair!!! But I know someone who is. The man is married with kids, and shes got kids similar age in a defacto. I know she is not happy with her man, (obviously!) and he claims unhappiness also. He says if it wasnt for his kids theyd be together and she'd walk out at the drop of a hat! I am established in my career.. or atleast that's the reason I give my husband for not wanting to change my last name. I love my husband dearly, but I've had my name all my life and don't wanna give it up. He's not happy about that.

Husband wants a divorce but won't file because he doesn't want to look like a villain. He has the money to do it. I have no problems with initiating it, but I don't have the money saved up. He won't give me the money either. If he's so miserable, why won't he just get things rolling? Why is he prolonging this? What are my options? I have nowhere to go, and I want a good attorney. I really don't want to consider legal aid. Is this the route I should go? I don't see the sense in dragging this out simply because he wants to be an *** about this!!

he stares,cares,and small talk. then when my friends said i were too much make up e said nothing. then like a yr or so ago i asked "what would you do if someone tooke me away or somthing like that?" he said he would probally chase after them to like get me or save me. so i need help does he like me and if so what should i do?? i already asked him to the movies with me n my friends but he had a b-day party to go to. then i asked him to the mall with me n my friends and he said umm not right now. so wat can i do now or wat help me. and i left my number with his mom so he can call me back cuz she was on the other line but he never called me back. is he scared to call me back or does he want me to call him back??

My ex and I have been split up for 3 weeks,we have a son whom he has regular contact with and makes adequate financial provision for,neither of us want to get back with each other,neither of us did anything bad or wrong to each other just don't get along.I'm being treated for depression(partly related to sad sorry state of previous relationship)ex is acting like the world is peachy,nothing has changed and its no big deal.Can't get him to understand or to accept any responsibility for break down of relationship,he still lives in its all your fault land.Am trying to move on and am being treated for depression have re decorated bedroom,looking into part time college course etc what do I do now?

I would like to know as I am reading up on my chinese horoscope and I need to know the time within a 2 hour window, altho I know from relatives that I was born before 9am, none of them can tell me exactly what time and as both my parents and grandparents are dead I don't have anyone else to ask.

Also due to being born over 40yrs ago I don't know if the records would have been transfered onto a computer or only in paper file form.

Does anyone know if there is a central base where information of this kind would be stored?

The hospital I was born in is no longer in use, a new one was built accross town so I can't make any enquiries there.

Hi, I've been talking to this girl for over a month now. I really like her, but don't know if she feels the same. Shes got a boyfriend so I don't think she does. When I flirt with her she flirts back. She laughs at all my jokes, even stupid ones. She thinks I'm good looking and a sweet guy and we get on like a house on fire.
