We're getting a divorce, my stbx doesn't want a lawyer involved. He drafted the Dissolution of Marriage and wanted me to sign it right away. I did not sign it because it is not fair and because I know I'm not getting what I am entitled to. I will have physical custody of the children.
1) We have two minor kids, and one 19 yo full time student. He is only willing to pay 20% of his take home pay for child support and nothing more. Not willing to split any other expenses, such as school tuition, extra curriculum activities, medical expenses not covered by insurance, etc.
2) He want exactly 1/2 of the profit of the sale of our house. The downpayment we put in this house was from the sale of my own house which I purchased before we got married.
3) He also strongly disagree that I am entitled to some percentage of his retirement investment.
4) He has some savings bond that he is hiding from me.
5) He withdrew $700 from our joint checking account and wouldn't tell me what he did with it.

MY BF is a construction worker and I understand that he is tierd most of the time. But, we only have sex usually once on the weekends. I feel very frustrated with this because I am not one who depends on sex...but damn I do like it and want it more. We have been dating for 3 years and living together for 2.5. I feel that we should be having it more considering we are both only 26 and 27. I feel that it is a chore for him and when I ask or hint he usually comes up with a excuse. But when he wants it he gets it. I have tried to say no to him when he wants it but I end up folding because it comes down to getting it. I don't feel that I am that bad of a looker and I feel that a lot of my pend up frustartion comes from the lack there of. I really am at a loss is this normal for our ages and our dating lifespan?

We get back together and she loves me 9 months straight now. When I talk to my GF about us and a marraige relationship, while she's pms-ing, she says its just because she feels sorry for me. She will not budge on her feelings. While she's going through that period, She wants to love me as a friend. This happens every month at the same time,,, week before her period. When she's not in that period, she's making plans on marraige and selling homes and being one, and how much better I am then most men she knows. She loves me so much. I have not been able to stop thinking about an ex ever since I met her. I thought it was just another relationship but after 11 years of being without her and seeing other people I have found that I really truely love her. Every definition of love is exactly how I feel about her. A lot of people say "give it time" "see other people" "get a hobby" I've done all that and still find myself thinking of her when I see something we did together or just find myself remembering her at all different times and places. I have not tried to contact her since about a month after she broke it off with me because I don't want to be looked at like some stalker or something. It didn't work out because I took her for granted, one of the worst things you can do. At the time I was still young and didn't realize what I was doing, now I do but I guess it's too late. I just wish sometimes I would not find myself thinking about her. It hurts too much, even after all this time. What would you do?

He has been going to his friend house to do things that I don't like his not cheeting but he does not have time for me.but makes time for his friend I whant him out but my father tells me to waite I own my daycare so I think he wont leave because of the money I make it work for him he does pay half of the bill but he has become more of a room mate than a partner if you know what I mean please help
