is it love when if you are ever near a certain someone you don`t have an appetite? is it love when you may know for a fact that you can`t be with a person but you are happy for them regardless of who they are with as long as they make that person happy?

Hi Tia

Yes to the second question. We can all love someone and want the best for them but need not be with them 24/7 or nearby , just from the heart! Loving someone isn't possessing them but letting them be happy !

Not sure about the first one though, chuckles....thinks you are too stressed being around the person to eat!

The feeling of falling in love with someone or something is totally 100% different from that of loving someone.

Loving someone is unconditional, e.g. parents loving their children, and perhaps continue to love someone when they show their ugly traits that you do not like!

Falling in love is instantaneous like when you buy a puppy and first caught its eyes and fall in love with it, that kind of feeling.

So I believe throughout a lifetime, we could all possibly fall in love more than once if we heal and choose to love wholeheartedly and genuinuely again.

But loving someone is REAL HARD WORK. It takes courage to love someone unconditionally and you can only give and hope that your love that you give is returned! I

t takes everyone to learn to love, it's not easy. It's not easy for all of us. We are all the same, all wanting to be loved and please love back!

Real True love endures forever whereas the feeling of being in love fades over time.
So I think it takes time to interact with another person in real and to determine if you like them and if compatibility exists and then if you REALLY truly LOVE them later on!

It's a process, not easy like I said but the only way is to do it!

JUST DO IT !

Love like you never been hurt before cos giving your heart sincerely is the only way to true love!
I hope my analysis make senses & helps. Cheers.

Nah, I think that's infatuation.

I think when you're in love it's not about how they make you feel any more. It's not about how they touch you here or there. It's not about how or when they come to see me. It's not about a fixation on that person.

It is love when all those things just flip around and it's about what you do for them. It's about what you can do to help them through their day. This is not to be confused by those that are in unhealthy or abusive relationships.

As for being happy for them for being with another person and finding happiness. Nah, that's called a good friend.

Hmm, I don't think you're in love but I do think you have feelings for this person.

Best wishes.

You have got to be kidding.

True love has nothing to do with losing one's appetite or being happy for them to be with someone else.

Dig down a little deeper.

Losing your appetite has to do with nervous feelings. Excited feelings. New feelings. Temporary feelings.

True love is lasting and mutual. True love is reciprocated. True love means being yourself in front of that person at all times. (which would mean you would EAT)

Being happy for them if they are with someone they care for is not "true love" though it is a generosity of spirit and it's better for you to feel that way instead of hating them or being jealous.

True love means you need to LOVE YOURSELF and stop caring for that other person who clearly isn't into you and find a person who will appreciate all that you have to offer---and one who will give it back to you.

And always wear a condom. (sorry, it's the "mom" in me)

For me it's when all you can think about is going through the good times and the bad with someone. Having someone to share all things in life with, like a beautiful sunset or sunrise. Also someone to be there for when things aren't going well for either of you. Someone you can picture raising a family with or growing old with and supporting and helping each other through it all.

It's those things and so much more:
You want to spend time with them all the time. When they aren't around you still feel them in your arms and desire that feeling.
You know that you can tell them anything because you are so comforatable with them. It is an undescribable love that you know is going to last, and when you think of them ever not being there you know you would be devistated.
**not to be confused with puppy love**
This doesn't go away!

Sounds like obsession, or co-dependance, not love. Lack of appetite comes from anxiety, and there is no anxiety in love. Love is realxed and confident about how someone feels about you. You just kow it, like you know what your name is...

Sounds like you are anxious because you want that person to like you.

Maybe you accept that this person doesn't want you because they are with someone else, but I don't think so.

Why would you want someone who doesn't want you back? You can't "make" them want you.....you can, however, make them not want you.

Move on, someone else will want you, and you will know it. Maybe you will even want them back.....
