Just looking for your opinions, guys: when a woman has a thing for you, how do you prefer she reveal that? For example, do you like it better if she's forward, like asking you out, or if you're friends, telling you straight out? Or do you prefer hints and flirting? Or is there another way I'm not thinking of?

Or is it down to pure bad luck.We never know at the time whether we are making good choices or bad.My mother says my life is pear shaped because of all the bad choices I have made along the way...I think that is nasty to say and she is kicking me when i am down.Do you think she is right or wrong?

It's like no matter how hot a woman looks, a man is willing to take advantage of her and not have any feelings for her. I mean, in the past, I've had guys who said to me that I'm hot and that I look good, but when they got what they wanted, they just left me. So, I'm thinking if sex is just what a guy wants, then should looks matter? It's like being attractive is a curse in a way because you attract most guys who just want to go to bed with you and not be interested in a serious relationship. I mean, I see women who are either average or unattractive looking and they're in a serious relationship, which is what I'm looking for. So, if sex is the only thing a guy wants, then should looks matter if she's unattractive?

I have been with my bf on and off for 6 years, I told him about 3 years ago that I was ready to get married and he said that I need to wait because he had just graduated Grad school and he wanted to work and get a house. So I respected his decision and understood, that as a man he wants to be settled, before having a family. Now 3 years later I brought it up again, and he says he isn't ready, he says he hasn't saved up enough money (Mind you he works for a computer effect company, cushy job from what I hear).
He tells me that he knows we will get married, but just not now, but he says maybe in a another few years...but that would mean we have been dating for 10 years and I don't think I want to wait that long.
Furthermore, my parents are pressuring me to get married,I am 25 years old and in my culture we have arranged marriages (AM) and I don't want to marry a stranger. In addition to that my parents and I have an agreement, that if I get into Med school,I can postpone the AM. help?

My boyfriend and I are going overseas on the 1st August. On the weekend we moved into his parents house to save on rent while we are away. They haven't welcomed me at all (ie shown me around), in fact, they haven't even spoken to me since i've been there. I feel really uncomfortable there. To make it worse, my boyfriend works late nights so I'll be there with them alone. How can I get through the next few days with them if I feel i'm not welcome? Should I just keep to myself??

The cute guy at the deli works down the street from my office. I noticed him working behind the deli counter about two months ago and have gone in a few times since. I want to try and talk to him, although I'm not sure how to go about it since he's working. Last time I went to the deli I asked him the name of a salid I usually get. He joked with me and said "I'm not telling you". Then he told me the name and then said, "what's in a name though". I want to talk to him enough that he starts to recognizes me so it won't be weird if I ask him out.
