OK the situation that I have is with my husband, which I have been seperated from for 5 months now. We have three children together, and his adoptive dad has one of my sons and I am personaly going through a Termination of Guardianship case to get my son back from my husbands parents, well first my husband wanted them to adopt our son, when I said no I was getting him back, he then got scared and asked for me to hold off so he could move there and get custody, I yet again told him that he could not, because he would have trouble finding a job and he couldn't handel small children.So he told me that he would then allow me to go forward with the case and he would sign the agreement paper work.He talked to my attorney told him that he thinks our son should be with me, and my attorney mailed the paper work for him to sign, he hasn't come over, his room mates say he has been going out to get drunk every night and he hasn't been returning my calls.I have to get his signature.What should Ido?

I've gone out with this guy since march. and i love him to death. well lately he's been ignoring me and it hurts but he said it was for the best. he's in the army and he told me he's going away he told me to not to forget about him. and well now he's telling me to forget all about him...so that's confusing enough. his cuz got on his computer and told me he cheated on me so i broke up with him. which after i broke up with him i knew it was a bad idea. after that i've been crying to sleep...yea i know its a bad thing. but he's leaving tomorrow at 2am for Germany and i wont talk to him for a few years. he told me today when he gets back maybe we could go back out. and my friends tell me to forget about him and not to go back out with him. i don't wanna forget about him and i wanna go back out with him. I am going absolutely nuts in week 13 of being a stay at home mom (without a kid yet. She was supposed to be here on Tuesday, but is being stubborn). Anyhow, I am home by myself all day, I get NO joy out of housework whatsoever, and am going CRAZY. (My mom and everyone else says I will want to be a SAHM when the baby gets here, but I am not seeing it lasting past a month or 2, once the novelty wears off and I get into another rut.) How do you SAHMs do it every day?????????

Story:
I just dated this incredible girl and we had nothing but an awesome time together. She used to date this guy (who was also her first boyfriend) who was controlling and verbally abusive. They broke up about 3-4 times over. Her friends and parents hate him. She would tell me how she hated the things he did and how she couldn't be his friend. Now we've broken up and they're friends, however she isn't dating him nor really hanging out with him. She's basically shut me out of her life, although she really wanted to be friends and still hang out. I still get the feeling she really misses me (she has to!) but we haven't talked in almost 2 weeks (except brief text message).

Problem:
I really just want her and I know hanging out is where it begins but how do I ask her if she wants to hang out without sounding needy/like I want her back? How can I show her I want to be friends without making it seem like I miss her?

My husband and I have been dealing with our 8 yr old son who has Bipolar II (and possibly ADHD) and we are burned out. Where can we go for help/support. We have no family in this country and find it hard to get a break. I homeschool due to his condition because school would not work at all. How do we get a break or find folks in a similar situation? Any assistance would be appreciated ... we are desperate. Hopefully we will find meds that help soon. He has had symptoms since birth and it has been a very tough 8 years!
Please help!

I just signed divorce papers after thirty five years of marriage to the man I love. He has a problem I couldn't safely live with. Now everytime I look at a man I am afraid to get interested because I wonder if he will have the same problem as my husband. Bi-polar
to the extreme...would not stay on medication...and liked to have a lot weapons (guns, knives, pit bull dogs). I guess in time things will get better, but thirty five years is too long to stay with someone you don't even recognize. In a years time my husband who had always been my dream come true... became cruel, deceptive, and just scary...like on the Shining. I couldn't "fix" the problem. I wish so badly I could.

I am a stay at home mom of two children and my sister in law works part time. She asks me to babysit her kids while she goes to work, only when her childcare is closed, which lately has been a lot. other than calling me to babysit for her, we don't have a relationship anymore. Should I still babysit her kids for her? She has never babysat my kids for me, and I won't even ask because I don't like to impose on others.
also she has caused a lot of drama in the family, and thats why we are not close anymore. She is very jealous and vindictive, but I am the kind of person who like to help others, and I feel like if I help her out, she will stop being a "hater" to me.

Sometimes a female will smile at a guy but she is just being friendly. Sometimes a girl will come up start conversation but she has a boyfriend and is just interested in being friends. Women often do the same things they would do when they are interested as they do when they aren't and men are supposed to be able to tell the difference. My husband had an affair with a woman and I couldn't do anything to stop him. I saw pictures of them together, read letters she had written and talked to her on the phone. The spent holidays together such as New Years, Thanksgiving, birthdays and Valentines day.

How do I get past knowing that they were intimate and often had sex? How do I forgive him for ever starting this with her?

I tell myself (and he tells me) that he really didn't care about her, that she was the biggest mistake of his life. He wants to get his life back, but can't forgive himself for what he has done. He is sometimes sad and I don't know what I can do to help him.

He did finally come home and just cut himself off from the other woman. They haven't spoken since he's been home. Is he truly sorry?
