In general, Can a person realy love you on the phone that you never met but only seen each other on the pictures?

I believe it can happen, but it is also imperative that the two people meet, as soon as those feelings begin developing.....
Sometimes people get along very well over the phone and when they meet, they may not be attracted to one another....there's also a chance that when they meet they will love or like each other even more.

The phone and pictures are ok and a good tool for getting to know someone. But how can you fall in love with someone based on that alone. I would think you should spend time and make some memories with a person before you can call it love.

I was married for 23 yrs. and divorced. I met my second wife over the telephone and we talked every night for 3 weeks, sight unseen. I fell in love with her over the phone and we have been married 5 yrs now. That was 6 years ago. Best of luck to you.
