My daughter just met a man that she is interested in, he said he is a Freak, He is the piercer at the tattoo shop, also he hasn't asked for her # or anything yet he did ask me, her mom if she was available. Over the years my mother and sister have been manipulative and have lied to me and other members of my family.
I use to yell and get very irrate and argue with them.
I cant do it anymore.
Now yet another drama has unfolded and the blame is laid at my feet.
I have to get over this I know, but I dont know how.
Im finding it harder and harder to forgive because they act like its everyone else that has a problem and not them.
They are always arguing with someone or mad at someone, but its never them that is wrong. They also have the wonderful nack of turning anything around to be about THEM being hurt or wronged.
I want to just forgive them and then never talk to them again, but I guess thats not true forgiveness.
They might be my mother and sister, but they are no friends.
What do you do with people that make you miserable when those people are your family??

there's a new boy in my youth group and i really like him but he's quiet and probably shy. the problem is, i'm shy too, and i want to befriend him, but i don't know the right words to start with, and how long it will take. i really want to be friends with him and i want to let him know that i know how it feels to be the new kid because i was one just 6 months ago when i moved here.
i have other things i want to let him know too but i can't describe them with words.
has anyone ever had experince with this kind of situation and knows how to start off?

Heres the story, for the sake of making it less confusing, i will say my name Ben, instead of I.
There are 4 people: Lindsey, Ben (me), Olivia, and Beau!
Olivia and Beau are in "love"! Olivia acts like she cant stop thinking about beau! her myspace has beau's pictures and name all over it!

I have currentally just gotten engaged. My fiances brother is getting married in two months. I have been with my fiance for three and a half years, as his brother has only been with the girl two years. They got engaged a year after they started dating. Well since that time they got engaged all ive been hearing about is this wedding. It drives me nuts. Me and the girl dont really get along, its really a show when we are around the family. I hate doing things for the wedding. Since they are the first to get married out of the family, this is all we hear about. This upcoming Saturday we have a bridal shower, and im trying to get out of it, bc i see no reason going if i dont get along with the other girl. I cant wait until this whole wedding thing is over. I'm so tired of hearing about it. It seriously is making me go crazy, Bc everytime im with the family, this is all i hear about.. and when people talk about my engagement, im not making it a big deal. HOW CAN I HANDEL THIS? advice about drill instructors and relationships..... HELP?
me and this guy finally started talking and he called me everyday and then all of a sudden i'm not getting any calls .sometimes when i call his phone it gets no service so it will go straight to voicemail ....he is a drill instructor so i know his schedule is tight but he gave me a certain time to call when he'll be a little free and when i call he doesn't answer i don't want to keep calling but he asks me too plenty of times and he said he'll be by his phone should i wait until he calls? or keep calling?....i really like him alot so it's frustrating not hearing from him we have good conversations when we speak and he hates to have to hang up but they have him so busy with the recriuts...i work around drill instructors all day and some of my coworkers say that drill instructors are nooo good but i know some who are faithful to their wifes/girlfriends me and this guy work on the same base so i feel that if we get together there is no way he could play games...i'm sooo confused :(
