Very easy... take a trip to LA and hang out on the strips there. Actually everytime I go to LA like Santa Monica, Venus... we just hang out, go to lunch, coffee, the beach.. you are always running into famous people, sometimes even while they are shooting. We even went into a Hotel bar and some famous people showed up and we hung out and had some drinks with them!

First of all you would have to find out where they are appearing publicly. I have met many famous people by being at the right place at the right time.
