I'm 22, living alone, soon moving out to other city for studying and not independent financialy.
my mom hates my gf and doesn't tolerate my relationship (homosexual) and is determined to do everything to destroy what's between me and my gf. I don't know what to do. I don't want to leave my gf and still I can't treat my mom jst as I didn't care about her and what she thinks... :(
have anyone be in such or similar situation with your family/parents? what did you do?

My husband has a 5 year old daughter with his ex girlfriend and even though he was supporting his child she still ordered child support just to spite him. Now me and him have a 9 month old son. My question is shouldn't he be able to go to court to get a reduction because his sitution has changed (Gotten married and has a child)? We live in the Maryland/Washington DC Area.

alright at first we had a strong relationship then it wore down because my parents decided they didnt like him he was white trash but to me he wasnt i made him stop doing things he shouldnt do none of his other g/f had done that but me but then we broke up got togeather broke up got back togeather then one day i had decided that i was done with it so we were done for good then i had realized i had made the biggest mistake EVER and now hes moved and everything i mean i email him every onece in a while but i dont know what else to do to tell him that im sorry i mean im ready to do anythiing to get him back im willing to behind my parents back to see him i just dont no wat to do ot what to say so someone please help me o and im 14 going on 15 in 2 months and hes 17????

Just for curiosities sake, and please answer honestly...which of these three types of women would you think most of staying with and marrying and why?

A) A "trophy wife"-she's gorgeous, probably tall and in great shape, maybe not brilliant but not cartoon bimbo stupid either, a little self centered but hey she's great to have in bed right?
B) A pretty woman...she has a pretty face, not perfect, maybe a little too curvy sometimes, maybe not, but anyway not a supermodel...very sweet, smart and creative but not brilliant either, doesn't always make the best choices in life but nobody's perfect right? At least she's fun and warmhearted...
C) A totally average looking woman, not pretty really but alright, who is very accomplished, great education, good job...responsible, smart, and very well adjusted. You know she'd be a perfect "partner" and a great mom...

This is leaving aside of course common interests, religion, etc etc....assume those are all ok.

after knowing each other all through high school, we finally hooked up five years later. we live together, he's told me he loves me and even made little comments about "when we get married" even though he hasn't asked. then suddenly last night he said he's moving back to his moms and he thought we moved too fast and he thinks he needs to be single for a while. he packed his things but then totally "made out" with me and spent the night, he said he would see me tonight when i left for work this morning.
